Just want to show some appreciation to houser refuse after I got ambushed by a husker refuse salesman. Houser has faithfully picked up my trash even on the snowiest, iciest days when the rest of the city has shut down and for that, I am so grateful! Houser is truly a good business and has been helpful and kind to me showing true customer service. So glad I looked at reviews and did not switch companies!

I get that these guys work very hard and have to get up very early but I went outside and my neighbors were getting their trash emptied and I wanted to ask the trash guy a very fast question about services that would have taken maybe 10 seconds to have a conversation about. I was even going to buy him lunch with some cash that I had in my pocket because I know these guys work hard.

Instead I get snubbed/ignored. The guy looks at me at a very judgmental way kind of cocks his head weird and looks at me funny like I was out to get him or something and walks off and drives off as fast as he can in his truck.

If the owner wants to know the area this individual is driving. It was around Amber Hill area. I get it. People have bad days but seriously. I just had a small question to ask and I was feeling good and wanted to buy him lunch but snubbed instead.

They do not care about their customers. I've never had so much problems with a refuse service before this one. It's ridicules.

They do not go over and above but are certainly the cheapest i have found.

Business is very difficult to contact. Do not send out billing statements, and their website is unreachable to try and pay them.

This man has the worst customer service attitude. Has already been blacklisted in one out lying town. Will insult anyone who doesn't like his company.
