The best way to describe this company is AMAZING!!! Our realtor referred Pure Care to us and I'm so glad we gave them a call! Cory and Ela are so great to work with. Cory did an excellent carpet "repair" for us, and we also had carpets cleaned in a couple rooms, including all of the stairs. A big bonus was....we didn't have to wait for it to dry! And it looks great! Reasonably priced, too! Can't say enough about them! Will definitely refer friends and family!

We had just done a remodel on our house and called PureCare Carpet to come do all of our carpets and they were extremely responsive, worked around our schedule to come out, and were very professional. We LOVE the dry-cleaning concept as we didn't have to wait for a day to move furniture back or worry about the wet carpet ruining anything. It looked immaculate and we were able to put everything back right when they were done! Awesome experience!

It's been a few weeks, but I keep walking around the office and love the feeling of how clean everything is. At first I thought it was the entire office, but no. My desk is just as cluttered as it always has been. It's the carpet!!!

PureCare did such a wonderful job for the offices at Habitat for Humanity of Lincoln. They were extremely pleasant to work with from start to finish. The team was courteous, accommodating and just really nice. And the carpets dried extremely fast. We weren't disrupted at all.

I met a lady at the State Fair several years ago she gave me a coupon for dry cleaning and I've never changed since then the carpets look brand new when they're done it's amazing how clean and fresh they look and smell I'll never go back to wet cleaning.

I loved my first experience with PureCare! Cory was very honest and efficient when he came to do a free estimate to clean the carpets in my entire home. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost - I figured it would be much higher. Ela and Tara came to clean my carpets and did an amazing job! Both ladies were incredibly professional AND personable. They were able to restore all my carpets to almost new condition. I am extremely happy with the job that PureCare did for me. I loved that I could put furniture, etc back into place immediately instead of waiting several hours. I initially tried contacting a different carpet/upholstery company, which was rated pretty high, only to get the run around, and once I finally got a quote, I never heard from them again to make an appointment. I tried twice. I finally gave up and ran across PureCare, and read about the process they use, which is one, environmentally safe, but also not a process that will leave your carpet or furniture feeling wet for hours, like companies I've used in the past. For starters, Marshall answered all my emails promptly, and it was easy to get the appointment set up to clean my sectional couch. My couch is fairly new, but one of my small dogs had an accident or two on it, and I just couldn't get the smell out. The two guys that came out; Justin and Larell, were professional and eager to answer any further questions I had. After my sectional was cleaned, I waited a couple days, and although my couch, for the most part, smelled fresh and clean, I could still smell a faint scent of urine in 2 small areas. I contacted Marshall, and without hesitation, he let me know he could have the guys come back out and go over those spots again, at no further charge. They came within a few days and got the smell out 100%. The entire couch is clean and smells great! Not a trace of urine anywhere! I highly recommend this company, not only for their products, but also for their customer service.
