Our armchairs look brand new again! They even left a solution we can use for spills and stains and it works wonders. The techs were fast, effective and did a great job!

Have just had my courtyard pavers cleaned by Ashish from Premium Carpet Care. Norm arrived shortly after Ashish had commenced working and spoke to me about the process and what to expect the end result to look like. This was very helpful. I had checked with Norm when booking the work in whether the worker would be able to move my pots-he assured me that would be the case, which it was indeed. The process was seamless and Norm and Ashish were extremely professional, obliging and punctual. Excellent job! Will certainly use Premium Carpet Care again and will have no hesitation in recommending the company.

They did a great job, helped us with tricky upholstery cleaning of cat urine. Travis was so nice, timely, and understanding of our situation. He was very knowledgeable about what could and couldn’t safely be used on our leather recliners, and even gave us recommendations for next steps for any future issues. The value for the service was great, very fair for the task at hand. Would highly recommend and will keep in mind for any future cleaning!

Premium Carpet Care was recommended by a water restoration company when we had to pull up the pad in a bedroom that was affected by water after the recent 6-inch rain. Rob did the estimate, Eddie laid the new pad and stretched and relaid the old carpet and cleaned it thoroughly. Both were great to work with. The carpet looks beautiful, good as new and the charge matched the estimate. Thank, Eddie, for your patience with our canines! If we need carpet cleaning in the future, I'm calling Premium.

We are preparing our duplex to rent. We called these guys a couple years ago for our other unit and they did a great job. Had them come out to the other side, and once again great job. They arrived on time, and were in and out in under 2 hours. Originally I only planned on having them clean 3 rooms, but after seeing how cheap it was, I had them go ahead and clean carpets on both floors plus the stairs. The service guy was very professional, and very through. I will definitely call them again next time I need my carpets cleaned.

We had Anthony do all of the carpets in our home and a couple of chairs. He was very professional and courteous. Anthony did a great job all around and I’d recommend him to anyone. Their pricing was also fair and the work was done in a timely manner.

Travis and his associates cleaned a very old large white shag carpet area rug which had been well loved and abused (😂) by 4 children and multiple dogs over many years. Amazing job as always! I had premium carpet care, clean my carpets about five years ago and they did such a good job, but I got lazy and don’t like moving furniture around so I held off having them back. I will not make that mistake again and reach out for their services way more often because I am always so satisfied.

I had a Sharpie stain and it is now gone!! I have been contemplating the last year to tear out my really light carpet because it shows so much but after getting them cleaned, I love my light carpet again!! My carpet looks brand new!
