I had some carpet repaired today and couldn’t have been more pleased. The two people completing the repairs were right on time, friendly and professional, and did an excellent job. Highly recommend.

Rob and his crew had the persistence and expertise to remove a red wine stain from white carpet. It took 2 days of treatment, but it looks great!

I dropped a roller of ORANGE paint on light gray carpet (that had just been installed 2 days earlier) and worked for 2 hrs trying to get the orange out. I was in a panic. I thought we would have to replace that section of carpet but I called here first. Their technician came out and was able to remove the remaining orange without any problem. He even called to see if he could arrive a little early and was so polite & professional. This is definitely the place to call -- put them in your list of contacts!!

I had them out to stretch our living room carpet and then also clean most of our household carpets. They were very professional and I appreciate it that one company could do both task at once. Alex did a tremendous job and is very courteous and polite.

One call is all it takes. They set up an appoint, arrived on time, and did amazing work. We had a huge chunk of carpet torn up by a dog and two hours later it looked like nothing happened. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I cannot recommend Premium Carpet Care enough! I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. They're very responsive and prompt. They even apologized for not being able to get me on the schedule within the week! We had almost our entire first floor re-stretched and cleaned. I will definitely use them again in the future.

We bought a house and the carpet was absolutely COVERED in damage from pets and the precious owners. The house literally smelled like pets even though it was completely empty. We were considering replacing the carpet throughout the entire house, but instead we called Premium and they were able to sanitize the existing carpet and replace the pad underneath throughout the house. The difference was night and day! It was like having new carpet. We are so thankful for their hard work and timely assistance. We were able to move in shortly after they finished and feel so good about the condition of the carpet and new padding. Thank you SO MUCH!

We recently had our carpet cleaned by Premium Carpet Care and it was an absolutely amazing experience. Don't hesitate to use them, I am a very picky person with VERY high standards and they completely lived up to the task!
Travis and his team were so great to work with. My sense of smell is just insane, so any kind of smells and especially pet odors are just awful for me to live with. We took in a stray cat who had kittens in our basement living room and through out the process the kittens and the mom had several REALLY bad urine accidents.
So once everyone was adopted off i began researching how to tackle the smell without just ripping the carpet all out and replacing. Premium Carpet Care was the only company that i could find that would actually pull the carpet back, clean the backside, replace the pad, and treat the subfloor and carpet tack strips.
Their process worked so well! The enzymes they used didn't stink up the house like the store bought stuff. It took about 2 weeks for the enzymes to fully flush out the smell, which they explained would be the case, but even after the first day it was SO much better! Sure enough right around the end of week 2 even I couldn't smell any hint of the urine anymore!
Their services were about a 1/8th of the price to just rip the carpet out and start over so don't hesitate to give them a try first!

We had some water damage to our carpet in our basement so my husband called Premium to ask their opinion on what needed done. When drying it like they suggested didn’t work, we called them back and scheduled them to come out and replace the pad anted retack the carpet. They came out a few days later and completed the job quickly and it looks awesome! They were great to work with and we will call them for any needs we have in the future!
