We have been very pleased with our experience with Cleaning Ninjas. They are responsive to our special requests and have come back to redo something or catch something they may have missed. I appreciate that they know what good customer service is and treat their clients well.

My husband "won" the gift award for Valentine's Day a couple of years ago when he scheduled a twice/monthly cleaning with the Ninja service. It is still one of my favorite gifts, and it keep on giving in the best way possible. Due to a nasty allergy to common dust that triggers my asthma symptoms, I can only clean in long sleeves and with a mask. Even then, my exposed face will itch, and I have to shower directly afterwards. Since employing the Ninja service, my health has improved as well as the look of my house.

I have an injury that doesn't allow me to do all I need to in keeping our household clean. Nevermind that we are strapped for time with our busy family. I'm so pleased with the work that the Cleaning Ninjas are doing! I can come home from work knowing that my focus won't be on that. I have more time for other things and the work they do is fabulous. I don't know how we did it before! They are truly amazing.

When I first called Cleaning Ninjas, I was having health problems and basically living like a hoarder. Only I was hoarding mostly trash. In a two day event the ninjas came in and discarded all trash and cleaned the place. Since then, I have been able to live in comfort, I actually keep the place cleaner myself with help of the ninjas every two weeks. When then come in to clean, they start off by changing my sheets, which is a very big deal for me. Thanks! By cleaning the place I now feel pride in my home and have people over! Thanks for giving my life back!

One of the incidental things we have found with the Ninja's services is this:
When the Ninjas are going to come it forces us to pick up the house as if a guest is coming. We want to make sure everything is ready to be cleaned. When we paused the service we got very lax in picking up. With 4 kids who has time? So not only do the Ninjas clean our house but also force us to make good habits! Thanks!

The best cleaners ever! I have had a few different cleaning services and individual cleaners over the years, but I have never, ever, had someone as good as the Ninjas! They do everything you expect and SOOOOO much more. I'm a customer for life.

We use Cleaning Ninjas here at our office and they always do a really good job, plus they were the most affordable service that we received quotes from. Clean Ninjas take care of everything that we asked them to do and we don't have to spend time pointing out anything that was missed. They get the bathrooms very clean, which is important.

The ninjas did an outstanding job cleaning my place. I had some difficult hard water stains that I had let get out of control, and they were able to take care of them. Everything shined and my glass shower doors were like new.

I enjoy having the cleaning ninjas come every other week. It is so nice to come home to a tidy house after a long day. I find them very responsive to any requests that I make. The owner is quick to respond if I have a question or have to change my cleaning date because of a change in the schedule. Thanks for always being so flexible Ninjas!

Decent cleaning job, though not as thorough as I expected. I got a move out special, but it didn't include as much as I would have imagined. Baseboards were only wiped on the main level and wiping down my cabinets would have costed extra. Though some areas required less cleaning than I'd expect most homes, they didn't put their saved time into the cabinets.
They were good in a pinch, but I'll go with personalized service of an individual rather than a company next time.

Very disappointed in this cleaning company. I hired them to do a whole house clean prior to moving into my home. I was also quoted 10 dollars for each blind they cleaned. When they showed up they said they only had 2 workers so it would take longer then originally quoted. I stopped by later in the day and was told they would be there a little longer. I thought that was due to being short staff earlier. When I received my bill it was over double my original estimate. It took multiple attempts to even get the owner to discuss it with me. They said I was aware that it was going to take longer which gave them the right to charge extra for the extra time spent. They also said my bill was wrong that I shouldn't have been charged 10 dollars a blind but then acted like they were doing me a favor correcting that. They did not understand the charge for cleaning the blinds based on time not per blind was more expensive and not what I was quoted. Cleaning quality was also quite poor. During my brief walk through I noticed none of the grout or soap scum in the bathrooms was cleaned and she said that was the best they could do. As I have been in the house longer I have noticed the poor cleaning of the floors, doors and multiple blinds that were not even cleaned. Would not recommend

Team Awesome has been cleaning for us for the past few years and has done a great job from the start. James, Elizabeth, and Kathy work well together to thoroughly, yet efficiently clean our home. They are always very respectful and constantly seek out feedback on the quality of their service and ways to improve. Highly recommend.

Have had cleaning Ninjas for about a year and we are more then satisfied. They are always on time, flexible on timing if you need to change schedule, and we are more then happy with their cleaning! This is a great service! The cleaning ninjas are my heroes, especially during these busy days, when I have no time to lift a finger or a mop! They also provide Pet Ninjas, an excellent, reliable, and affordable service, and have taken premium care of my two kitties. Both Cleaning and Pet Ninjas provide a great, reasonably-priced service.

I love the Ninjas! I've been enjoying their services for almost 6 months now...and I couldn't be more pleased. "Team Awesome" comes to my home every two weeks and cleans from top to bottom. They dust, damp mop floors, disinfect bathrooms, vacuum carpets and rugs, take out trash, wipe down cabinetry and greet my two dogs, among many other things.

Their services are affordable, and by having them come to our house, it provides our family time to do other things in the evenings and on the weekends, instead of needing to feel we need to stay home and clean. I don't feel nervous about friends dropping by unexpectedly or my kids having their friends over on short notice. It's allieviated a great deal of stress on me, the mom, as well as my husband...this has been a great addition to our home/life balance. Thanks Ninjas!

The Ninjas have been cleaning our house twice monthly for the past year and we cannot live without them! It's so amazing to come home at the end of a busy work day and find our house shining from top to bottom.

I don't know how they do it, but consistently our entire house is clean. They empty all the trash cans, the ceiling fans don't have dust anymore (WOW!), of course they sweep and dust everything, the bathrooms are immaculately clean, and they even rotate special chores like wiping down the inside of the fridge and on top of the cabinets - and wet-wiping the cabinet doors!

The Ninjas are trustworthy and professional, and I don't want to be without them ever!

Excellent customer service. I get email reminders about my upcoming service, very efficient and organized. They always ask me if they are meeting my expectations and make accommodations for our busy schedule and are responsive to requests. Flexible and debendable. I love our cleaning ninjas! We've used three other companies in Omaha and we will stick with the ninjas because they have been the most reliable and consistent company.

We have worked with the Ninjas for several years now. The few times we have had any concerns or issues they have been quick to respond and take care of the issue. We enjoy coming home to a clean house and probably everyone's favorite is the freshly made beds. Our kids like that they organize the few animals (or books) that they have on their beds and look forward to seeing what arrangement there will be for them in the evening. We would recommend giving the Ninjas a chance to clean your house too.
