I travel for work and it was beyond wonderful to come home to a clean house! What a treat. The whole place looked great, but of special note, the floors sparkled and the hard water stains in the bathroom that I could never figure out how to get off were almost gone. They did a fantastic job! Not only that, but I know they're a good company because I saw they made a donation to my daughter's school fundraiser. I will definitely use them again!

Great bathroom cleaning. Below averageve everything else. Doors were not dusted, cabinet were not dusted, and I had asked if oven could get cleaned. Passing a songe thru is not cleaning.

We've been using Cleaning Ninjas for over two years and are so satisfied! They do a great job on our house at a good value, and they're even so kind to our pets who are always hanging around. :) Highly recommend!

I hired the Ninjas for the first time this week! They are so professional !! I new just what to expect after calling to make an appointment. The person on the phone told me what would be done and the cost. The Ninjas that came to clean were polite and thorough! My house was sparkling! So happy with my experience!! I would highly recommend the Ninjas!!!

The Cleaning Ninjas are fabulous! I hired them for a one-time clean. They provided clear details about what they would and would not do and what services they'd provide at an extra cost, some of which I accepted and others of which I didn't. There were no surprises in billing. They arrived late but stayed longer than expected to be sure they completed the job. Each Ninja was extremely conscientious and one did a walk-through afterwards to make sure I was satisfied with the service. My house was spotless! I was so impressed, I called to compliment my team and I was told that they get bonuses for customer compliments--a great incentive for these hardworking folks. I will definitely hire them again when needed.

Our house was filthy after weeks of demolition and remodeling. A fine plaster demolition dust had settled on the floor. In the humidity of spring, the plaster dust combined with the sawdust and formed a cement-like residue along the edges where the floors meat the walls. Demolition dust was thick all over the floors, counter, mantel and even vertical walls. The chandelier suspension chains were thickly covered. Patches of grout from tile workers were beyond my abilities to clear. The bathroom was the crew’s staging area and it had ground in grit.

The Ninjas came to our home and left it brilliant! The floors were clean and polished. The chandeliers were like new, and the lights were bright. The splattered grout was gone. The rear hallway had been especially filthy from dust on the walls and grime on the floor from months of comings and goings by various work crews. The Ninjas left that area bright white. The calcium buildup on sinks and in showers was cleared. This was the perfect conclusion and recovery from remodeling. Ninjas can handle big jobs and leave a spotless home.

Cleaning Ninjas has been a lifesaver for my family! With 2 little kids and working we were having a hard time keeping up with our house. They have been so accommodating to our schedule, cleaning needs including some extra detail to certain things when we request. Being able to enjoy a clean house and more time as a family is priceless!

My Ninja cleaning team came to my rescue this week! My sprinkler system evidently froze and while they were leaving my home (I was at work) the noticed a huge water leak spraying in my yard. They notified me which resulted in saving a lot of damage to my house!!! So glad they took the extra care and time to let me know!! PLUS when I got home that day my house was the cleanest it has been in a long time. After a very stressful day coming home to a clean house made all the difference. Thank-you Cleaning Ninjas!!!

I have waited to see what the service is like on an ongoing basis, so this review is after 4 or 5 cleanings. I have several chronic illness issues so I had to hire someone to help, but I HATE to have other people touch my stuff, and see my hidden dirt! I know many of you know what I mean 😱. The ninjas provide great service at a reasonable price. They are prompt and do a very good job. I pointed out some places today and they fixed them right up. BUT BEST OF ALL, even though I am home as they clean, I am not uncomfortable. They come in, know what to do in my house (work orders are great!) and they work quickly and quietly. I don't feel like I have strangers in my house.....more like cleaning fairies! Thank you ninjas.

It was a struggle at first getting on board with how Cleaning Ninja worked. Seemed like they had many rules but not consistent with any of them. Once we got on the same page things changed for the better.
Ideally you find a Cleaning Ninja team member who strives to do the best they can when it comes to cleaning your home. That finally happened when I got Tracy on my team. Tracy does her best to explain how things work, and any changes in a routine. She introduces any new team member that comes with her and explains to the new team person how things happen in my home. If I have a concern, Tracy addresses it on the spot. Management also addresses any concerns or issues I have in a timely manner. I am very happy with the Cleaning Ninjas and
love how my home smells and looks when they leave.
Team members come and go but Tracy has been the consistent partner in this deal and I DO appreciate her expertise. This company aims to please and strives to make their customers happy. Don't hesitate
to give them a try.

This is an amazing company! Everyone acts like a family and keep things fun and exciting. They play games with clients and stay interactive whether that’s with a child or an adult all while staying professional and getting the job done right. The ninjas handle everything with care and precision, making it feel like they want to be there and not like it’s just a paycheck. Asking questions, checking on clients needs, their family’s, and well-being’s when talking to them in their homes. You can tell this is a company who takes care of their employees as well as they take care of their clients; being VERY accommodating to all side of their company. Moving clients around if a day won’t work or coming back to fix issues if something wasn’t up to par to ensure satisfaction from clientele. But also making sure their staff members are happy and healthy. I’m so grateful for the opportunities cleaning ninjas has to offer to their employees and feel good knowing they go above and beyond to take care of business. Seeing how thorough the work they put out is beautiful and a blessing to say the least.

Have been a twice monthly customer for nearly 4 years now. Before, during, and coming out of pandemic everything I've written still holds true. Over the years different Ninja Teams have come and gone but their high quality work is always the same (shout out to Team Awesome!) and I look forward to coming home after they visit. The Ninjas are very thorough, insanely efficient, honest (if they find coins or a random dollar in the laundry it's always left neatly on the corner of the counter), and hiring them was a snap through their website! My home is modest but they treat it with respect each and every time. I feel like the team that comes weekly kind of knows us :) sometimes they leave notes asking about our cat Ruby or leave us a silly drawing on our marker board that makes us smile! They are professional, responsive to requests (both for areas needing attention or products preferred) and seem to enjoy their work, too! As a single mom working full time as a nurse their help is life changing for both my daughter and me! Thank You Ninjas!

Residential cleaning. Paid for three people for an hour, only two showed up and they left before the hour was done. Asked for work that didn't get completed at all and the bathrooms were not scrubbed properly. I paid for work to get done that didn't and I am now coming in behind to clean properly.

I would not recommend this company what so ever. Bad cleaning. Management is terrible. Communication is terrible. If you look up this company it is pretty self explanatory. Would never go through this company ever again

The Cleaning Ninjas arrived on time and did an amazing job of deep cleaning my lower level -- carpeting, bathroom floors, windows, steps, furnace room area. I'll use them again in a heartbeat.

I had my first experience, to be honest, I was skeptical at first, i had it in my mind, it was going to be a one and done cleaning before the cleaners came.

They did an excellent job, and were very professional. I’m excited for them to come back.

I told my daughter she did a nice job researching this group.

FOLLOWUP: The case HAS NOT been closed by the Sherrifs department. However it is hard for them to be ticketed unless they can find the irems on the individual and you gave them a heads up that we were calling authorities. Tell them to come back so I can search them, seriously. What person would come back with the alleged stolen items on them? You just gave them a heads up to ditch the stuff. We wouldn't of had to take pictures of our items had we not had items missing prior. Was trying to give you the benefit of the doubt and you failed miserably. I was on a zoom meeting when they left and so no I didn't go check all our stuff because once again were hoping that maybe the items had just been misplaced that were missing prior. Not once did you urge us to call law enforcement. I notified you I was going to call. Your manager never onced asked to meet me in person to discuss. Specifically told me she was the only one in the office so she couldn't leave to deal with it. So things that make you go hmmm Is the fact that we have proof we had tems missing and you don't care. You never once called to follow up with me either. I have every right to post a review to hopefully save someone else from dealing with this. DO NOT USE THEM. They allegedly stole over $3000 in migraine prescription drugs. My daughter was missing perfume after the last cleaning so she took pictures of all her stuff in her bathroom drawer the night before they came. Wednesday morning they came and after they left the pills were gone. The manager called them and told them to come back so I could search them and their car. Really? They of course would ditch the pills before they came back. We filed a theft report with the sheriff. They still charged my credit card for the cleaning. I would not advise anyone to us their services.

My husband and I spend 2.5 hrs cleaning what they didn’t!!! The cleaning ninjas came after a mix up on schedules and all they did was vacuum the carpet. The house was empty and they were aware it was a situation where sanding and painting had taken place. They won’t apologize and discount what they didn’t do and it must be okay for their employees to lie to them because they signed off they did these tasks but didn’t do them.

Inviting the Ninja team into my home was one of the best decisions I ever made. Their attention to detail is second to none, and knowing my high traffic areas will get a thorough cleaning every four weeks is great. There is nothing like coming home to a clean smelling home, and a sparkling kitchen and bathroom, fresh sheets on a freshly made bed, tidy rooms, and knowing in just 4 weeks they'll be back. They customize their services to my needs and are so responsive to special requests. I have recommended their services to several people and will continue to do so.

Have continued to rely on their services through the pandemic and know if I ever come across an issue with that month's service, they will make things right. I will always recommend them to anyone looking to make their lives easier by getting a team of helpful ninjas on their side in the fight against dust bunnies and grime :)
