Made an appointment with this company to do a walk at 8am on Tuesday November 4th and received only a text message at 7:19am that they would be coming in 30min. Got here to the house we had an appointment set up at around 7:55am and associate from company never showed up. It is now 8:20am and still no phone calls or anything. It is completely unprofessional and will not be using this company or recommending them to anyone. Also upon talking with co-workers I learned to not leave any jewelry out as the cleaners are thieves.

Alexis, Erika and Akeela did a fabulous job cleaning my first floor and my upstairs bathroom today. They were right on time and finished quickly. Thank you Cleaning Ninjas!

Our three NINJAS were on time, friendly and tenacious in their cleaning tasks. We were getting our home ready for the market, and we left the tough stuff to them. They are fast, yet thorough with great attention to detail. They are accommodating and top-notch professionals! They made everything shine! Thank you so much our Three Ninjas!

This cleaning service did an excellent job for me! Not only did they complete all the assigned tasks in a professional and timely manner, they did extras that I didn’t think of. They are top notch! Melonie was here the longest due to scheduling and is an excellent worker and friendly person. She and the others are the best!!

They do a fantastic job! I had them do a one time deep clean after being overwhelmed with working 2 jobs and never having time to keep up with everything. I felt like I could breathe easier after getting rid of all the dust and pet hair, and it really benefited my mental health. After that, I signed up for bi-weekly cleanings, and they continue to do an excellent job! Even cleaning the dust off a vent and vacuuming all the pet hair off our gym mats. They have a quality checklist that covers everything they did and have been very accommodating with all my questions/special requests. It’s been easier for me to keep things picked up on the daily now that I don’t have to find energy to clean all the surfaces. If you have the means, I highly recommend buying some of your life back and using Cleaning Ninjas!

We have been using the Ninjas for awhile, almost fired them a couple times. Then along comes Samantha and she cares a lot about customer satisfaction and having the best employees. Definitely glad to have them on board for cleaning. Rhonda is the best Ninja 🥷 around!

Anthony came out to give me an estimate, but never emailed the estimate. I called to confirm he had my correct email address as it is a bit unusual. He gave me a reasonable quote, but never followed through with arranging a day to come out to perform the floor cleaning.

I hired Details to help me with an estate I was working on that had a commercial building in need of a deep clean. His crew came out and spent three days cleaning the building. They did a great job and the price was very reasonable. The owner was very responsive as well. Highly recommend Details.

Extremely disappointed with Anthony and his crew. Asked them to clean a rental property of mine with a few weeks notice before tenants moved in. They sent me a bill and I walked the property right before my tenants were about to review and sign lease. It hadn't been touched. To make matters worse, I called Anthony and he assured me they'd return and clean the house. After repeated attempts, voicemails and text messages he just ghosted me. I get it, everyone is busy, but this is the problem with most service providers, too busy to create a great experience for new clients (he was referred to me by another investor) or to fix mistakes made by his team.

I've used Anthony twice now to clean my house before i listed it for sale. Both times i've been VERY pleased! The girls work so hard and get all nooks and crannies. They are very responsive and can fit you in on short notice but also very well priced! I would HIGHLY recommend these guys

They did a great job, no complaints whatsoever. Very professional in their conduction of business and general cleaning services really does emphasize their specialty. Not just general though, but detail oriented is also what they are. I would say they are highly recommend for commercial cleaning at any home.
