A few years ago a hard rain revealed that water was pouring over one of my gutters and could potentially cause a serious problem to the foundation. I looked online and fortunately called Gutter Cleaning & Repair, who were able to come out the next morning and fix the problem. They also suggested a few things I could do concerning gutter guards-but no hard sale. Because of Stephen's undeniable professional knowledge, reasonable pricing, and friendliness, it was easy to decide to go ahead. I just recently called again concerning a similar problem, and it was also fixed the next day. I would recommend Gutter Cleaning & Repair to my friends and neighbors without any hesitation.

When I called, Steve Mannix, owner of this company, he was very considerate of my need for a gutter placed on my porch roof. Mr. Mannix was also very friendly and comfortable to work with.
He measured and emailed an estimate of the cost. The gutter work, the placement of the flip down spout which I had asked for, was well done and also quickly. I greatly appreciated his crew’s excellent work done during these cold temps.

We had Steve and his team out last fall to repair a fallen gutter. We were impressed and had him back to inspect and clean our gutters this spring.
There were a few maintenance issues, and his team came out to handle them. While they were here, we asked them to reattach a chimney cap that had blown off in the recent windstorms. It turned out the second chimney, which isn’t visible from the ground, was also missing a cap.
His crew was wonderful. They explained the issue, went out and found another chimney cap and came back within hours to install it. They kept me informed of every aspect of the job. They were pleasant, cheery, and efficient.
I worked in customer service for much of my career and Steve’s team performed as I would require of my associates. Steve followed up on all the work.
We are very pleased and will have him back for cleaning next year and for any repairs that become necessary.

Steve was great! Originally thought they wouldn't be able to get me on the schedule for a week but he managed to come out, give me an estimate, clean the gutters and unclog a downspout all in the same day. And the price was very reasonable, definitely recommend.

Steve was amazing he was able to get to our house same day to give estimate and repair our gutter that was damaged in a storm. Called him around 9 and it was completed before 3pm!!!! It was a very reasonable price and we couldn’t be happier! We were shocked by how fast it was taken care of will for sure keep his number and use again!!

We can only choose 5 stars, but I would give him 6 if I could. We called after a hard rai revealed we had problems with our drains and spouts. We are no longer able to do the cleaning ourselves and realized we needed help sooner than later. We got Cody on the phone and she was pleasant and helpful. The service was prompt and reasonable and Steve and his employees are friendly and helpful. We were very satisfied with the results and the price and are happy to recommend them.

I have used the company for several years and am completely satisfied! They schedule services quickly and crew members are polite and friendly. They work quickly and leave my yard and deck clean. They have inspected my gutters and have made repairs as needed, keeping my gutters in good working order. I highly recommend them!

Contacting them was easy. Steve, who I took to be the man in charge, was prompt, inquisitive, and friendly on the phone. He visited my house on the same day I called and provided a very fair quote for gutter cleaning services. He even spotted a loose latch on my gutters and fixed it out of the goodness in his heart. His team completed services the next day. I highly recommend them to anybody and will repeat as a customer.

Steve came out to give us an estimate for gutter cleaning just a few days after I called. Super reasonable rates, and got our gutters cleaned out then and there. He quoted us for cleaning, and found a handful of repairs while he was working that he just took care of for us without an extra charge. Super prompt and very good service, we'll definitely schedule again for next year!

Let me save you some time searching, reading reviews, and getting estimates. This is the business you want! Best estimate (we got 3), came out right away, very professional and friendly with no high pressure up-sales, gutters cleaned/checked and even cleaned up around the house before they left. Would highly recommend!

When inspecting my home to give me a quote on our gutter repairs, Steve Mannix of Gutter Cleaning and Repair truly impressed me with his knowledge and personable demeanor. We ended up completely replacing our gutters, using a company that my home’s owner (sister-in-law) had used in the past. But I so enjoyed meeting Steve, that I remembered him months later, when I needed a quote for fence replacement! Perhaps he does fences! So, I called him. Sadly, Steve is only in the gutter business; but, he referred me to a fencing company that he knows and trusts. That’s all I needed! I didn’t seek quotes from any other business. Thus, I highly recommend Gutter Cleaning and Repair!
