Provided great service from the beginning. Called back right away to give us a quote and set up an appointment, kept us posted when they were running behind and were very professional and nice when they arrived. Did a great job and the carpets look great. I recommend them and will use them in the future.

Royal was able to fit me in on short notice for both carpet and tile cleaning. They were on time, called ahead, and cleaned up completely afterwards.

The cleaning job was excellent throughout the house. The carpeting looks great, even on the stairs, and the tile floors looked like new. Pricing was reasonable. I don't have any complaints.

We’ve been using Royal since our dog was a puppy. It’s been 6 years and every year Dave and team are able to take everything the dog and 3 boys throw at them. My white carpets (inherited from previous owner) and furniture look and smell new when he’s done. He’s priced a little more but that’s because the process is much more thorough than other services we used. Dave is friendly, prompt and professional. I also love that he’s 100% local.

Royal Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning exceeded all of my expectations in all respects. They had a series of appointments, and were able to accommodate my schedule. They arrived early, which worked out great for me. They were friendly and professional. They did a wonderful job cleaning my large sofas. They managed to get a out a large stain on one of my sofa cushions. I thought the cushion cover would need to be replaced; however, they were able to get the stain out. My sofa looks brand new and has a nice, mild, fresh scent. I plan on using them again, and would highly recommend them.

Royal Cleaners was able to schedule my appointment within 2 days and showed up exactly when scheduled. They were friendly and professional. They did an amazing job on my pet exposed sofa and recliner. The pieces honestly look and smell like new. Great service with amazing results!! Thank you.

I am more than thrilled with the service I received from Royal Carpet & Upholstery. I called to schedule an appointment for my couch set to be cleaned and Dave was able to get me in the very next day. My couches look brand new and they smell great. I will use this company again in the future and will recommend their services to anyone. There's a reason why they have excellent reviews on Google.

They are fantastic! As a student, they cost a little bit more but I felt it was all worth it! I have allergies and the previous tenants had cats, so naturally I was reacting to it. I told them about my issue and they catered well to my needs! They were thorough in cleaning and the following day, my carpet felt brand new! I would totally recommend them!

Great service. Returned my calls right away. Came to do the estimate on time. Came to clean the carpets on time. Affordable pricing. Easy to work with throughout the job. Was able to clean some pretty nasty stains. Cleaned up after the work was done. But the main thing was how EXCELLENT the clean job was. Our carpets looked like new when they left. Dave was great. I highly recommend Royal Carpet. They even provide a 7-day workmanship guarantee which is a bonus.

The owner was kind enough to call & apologize. Said he was willing to rectify the problem. But, in the meantime, I had purchased a dehumidifier & that took care of the issue. I did appreciate the phone call though.

We had carpets cleaned in an upstairs living room & a downstairs family room as well as a staircase. The carpet is fairly new. We had it cleaned only because we got a puppy & were unsure if she made any messes that we weren’t aware of. They scanned the carpet & found that there were none. It took 2+ hours to complete & 48 hours for the surface to dry. The carpets look nice & clean, but we’re no longer soft to the touch & after a week or so, there was an odor similar to dirty socks. He did tell me the carpet was really thick & so he had a hard time sucking the water out of it. So, I’m guessing it soaked into the thick pad & just sat there causing the musty, humidity in the house.

I had my carpet cleaned by Royal Carpet for the first time, And T J showed up to clean my carpet. I have to say my carpet looks and smells like new, also the carpet is standing up like it was new.

TJ was fantastic! He arrived ready to take on the task at hand. I had been told the bedroom had a bad odor in the closet area and there were pet stains on the carpet. TJ immediately observed the carpet didn't have any pet stains and commented that the bedroom did not have any foul odors. He made it clear that no extra cleaning products to clean the carpet or negate any odors were needed to complete the job, thus saving me any additional costs. He was thorough and professional. I will definitely be using Royal Carpet Cleaning in the future and requesting that TJ be the technician doing the cleaning!

TJ was friendly and let my little kids watch him work. They really enjoyed being able to see what was going on. My area rug and upholstered chairs cleaned up well and the process went quickly.
The company had great communication with me and I had an overall positive experience!

Very happy with Royal.....they did a terrific job and brought my carpets back to life.
