Very friendly and the guys did a nice job. Our carpet takes quite a beating with 2 dogs and 3 kids. We've used them twice now and have been satisfied with the end result both times.

Very impressed with the service I received; fast and friendly. Dave and Kyle got out some pretty dark coloring that had stained very light almost white carpet. Very informative. Will definitely use this company in the future!

Super fast, friendly & professional! I called on a Wednesday, got the bid that day, and the carpet was cleaned on Friday. Very nice and professional. We had a distinct
cat odor (aka cat urine) and it is gone. No need to replace the carpet!!

Our carpet needed a deep clean, and Royal did just that. It hasn't looked so nice since it was new, and it has a very soft feel to it. I was very pleased with Royal's courteous service. I will definitely use them again.

Dave's quote was well below the competitors' quotes yet I am sure he did a better job than anyone else could have! He was very thorough in cleaning our couch, chair, and ottoman--got rid of all of the pet hair and marks--they looked like new! Was very impressed with the company's professionalism and Dave's commitment to his work. Would highly recommend them. In fact, we're having them come this weekend to do the rest of our furniture!

Dave and his crew have cleaned our carpets for several years. Always does an amazing job. If you think you need to replace the carpet, let him give it a try you’ll be surprised how good it looks.

I rarely choose excellent. We had our carpet cleaned by Royal Carpet and Upholstery. We had an issue with a stain reoccurring. They came back out today and re-cleaned the spots. I appreciate the quick response and the job they did. I would recommend them for carpet cleaning and I would use them again if the need arises.

This is a really terrific company! Prior to being cleaned, my carpet was...not so pretty, to say the least. The folks at Royal Carpet were thoughtful, thorough, and fast. I have used them in the past, and will keep on calling them; they are the best, and in my opinion, the ONLY game in town!

We are truly pleased with the results of a thorough & professional cleaning. The technician arrived on time, and set to work estimating the carpeted areas. He also took special care of a large Karastan rug and placed a layer of plastic under it to protect the carpeting.

Very well done, did not take long, they even cleaned under the couches and elevated them with foam so the carpet underneath could dry out. Excellent work! I have been using Royal Carpet Cleaning since early 2000 to clean my couches and area rugs. I have never been dissappointed!

We got new carpet a few months ago and my dog got sick and we had some stains we could not get out ourselves. Even called another company to remove and they couldn't get it out. So I called Royal to give it one more try before filing a claim. Dave and his tech came out and got the stain out!! So I hired them to clean my entire house. They did a fantastic job and they are super friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend them and will use the. Again!

I needed same day Upholstery and rug cleaning and they were very accommodating.I had knee surgery and they helped move furniture off of the rug. They did an efficient job and made it very effortless for me. They were half the price of other carpet cleaners I called and got me in the same day which other places were not as accommodating. I definitely will be using them for all future carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.
