Custom installed my original system in 1998 when I built our home. It was a no brainer that I was calling Brad and his crew when furnace went down this past winter. Quick response and got out new more efficient system installed. Just all-around good people to work with. Thanks Brad & Trevor.

Our furnace went out on a Saturday evening when the temperature outside was in the negative numbers. The HVAC contractor we had used for years said they could not come out for days, and my wife had just come home from surgery so we really needed heat. So I randomly found Custom Cooling off the internet. They came out immediately, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. And considering it was a weekend and after hours, the price was reasonable too. And the technician was polite and professional. We will be switching from the HVAC contractor we have used for years over to Custom Cooling.

Custom Cooling has done numerous jobs for us through the years. Repairs, maintenance, venting, reconfigurations, new installations - you name it, they’ve knocked it out of the park every single time. Knowledgeable, professional, timely, and fairly priced. Simply the best in Lincoln!

This was a great experience overall! They came within 24 hours of submitting the request for a quote, and provided us with several options within the next day. They were able to come and install within just a couple of weeks of giving us the quote. Trevor was great to work with during the install and they left the house cleaner than when they came! 10/10 would recommend!!

We had a new A/C and furnace installed. Custom also installed our last one 17 years ago. The two technicians were (as usual) professional efficient and respectful of property (used tarps to cover floor and plastic on steps). When finished one explained everything including filter installation and hosing off outside unit. I highly recommend Custom Heating and Cooling

Their culture of customer service is evident in all stages of a project, whether it be returning calls; answering questions; arriving as scheduled; or skilled, professional installation.

Custom Cooling & Heating, Inc. installed a new Daikin HVAC system into our home after our original 30 year old AC went out. Custom worked with us to get us the combination of heat pump and gas furnace (dual fuel) system that we wanted, while still able to find us something that qualified for rebates. They showed up on time on the day we expected them, were very professional when talking to us, and did high quality work. They even took the time to explain everything to our son, who is interested in going into HVAC after he graduates. Trevor was especially great to work with, and even came back to the house at no charge to correct a small issue. We would highly recommend Custom Cooling & Heating to anyone needing HVAC service or replacement.

Custom Cooling & Heating responded very quickly once it was determined our 30 year old furnace was unsafe & needed to be replaced. They got us a quote the same day & within 2 days they were installing. The installers were professional & did a great job cleaning up after the work was completed. Great quality service, very clean and professional. Kiley installed a new Thermostat and informed me of a couple settings and what that means for its level of automation. Then his team ran a new vent outside for bathroom fan and they were very professional, quick and cleaned up after themselves better than I could have asked for even. They listened to what I wanted and ensured they were cost efficient as well as that it was done correctly.
