They are my go to company for all HVAC needs. Kiley is always available for random questions too. Very approachable and down to earth owner. Everyone on his team is also very easy to work with.

We’ve hired them for duct cleaning, annual service of our ac, furnace, humidifier, and venmar system. One of my favorite things they’ve done is put my outdoor fan on a single pedestal so it’s no longer attached to the house. It looks very clean to the side of the house.

Had Kiley out this morning to fix our A/C this morning. Service was fantastic (as always), and he scheduled the visit on very short notice. Extremely personable, friendly, and definitely an expert. Would highly recommend!

Update November 18th, 2025 - Apparently we cant leave a second review on Google (bummer, but understandable), but service from Command is still absolutely excellent. We had a ton of issues over the last month ranging from growth in ducts to a malfunctioning heat pump, and they were able to sort us out quickly and expertly. Everything’s working great now :). Would absolutely still recommend.

I can't say thank you enough the guys were excellent and they were fast friendly and liked my butterfly lol. I appreciated all of the excellent work and great quality. Highly recommend!! LH

CH&A installed a mini split system in out Garage. We received our bid quickly and the crew was able to get the job done as soon as the supplies arrived. They did a great job! Communication was great and east and the entire crew was friendly and respectful towards our property.

We had a small job — one vent and one return in a converted bedroom. I contacted Kiley Smith, and he stopped by within a few days to check out what we needed. Kiley mentioned they could fit us in between other bookings, and sure enough, within a week the work was completed by Curtis Smith. Both Kiley and Curtis were very friendly and professional. Kiley did a Great job very knowledgeable and professional! Command responded very quickly to my request for service set up an appointment for the earliest possible time and showed up ahead of schedule. In the world of real estate I have worked with many HVAC companies over the years. Command is my go to HVAC company, no question.

We consistently use Command Heating and Air because of the excellent service provided by Kylie and his team. They are fast, affordable, and honest. Unlike many other companies that immediately recommend replacing an entire unit, Kylie is willing to take the time to properly diagnose the issue and only make the necessary repairs.

I have not received services from this company but the second that I need their services, they will be the first company I call.

Weird? Yeah, but I'll tell you why. I was picking up food from a fast food place and attempted to grab the drinks and the food together. It was pretty obvious that I was struggling. A man leaving the building swooped in front of me and opened the door to the building. Then before I knew it, he had the door to my car open too.
I got in my car and watched him hop into a Command work truck and go on his merry way after making my entire day better with a couple of random acts of kindness.

This was important to me because
1. This man did not know me and no way to benefit from interacting with me
2. He not only helped, but went out of his way to make sure that I was left in a position that I was significantly better off
3. I didn't say a word to him. He quickly got ahead of potential issues and resolved them before any potential disaster without being asked and without any praise or fanfare

If this company reflects a fraction of the character of this one employee, I cannot fathom the benefit you and your family will derive from their services. Patronize them and support them because this world needs more people like them.
