Our heat pump failed after less than 5 years and Custom Heating and Cooling did the repairs. Knowlegable and effecient. Tempstar covered the repairs with a no hassle quarantee. Great product! Wonderful service!

Great company with amazing employees.

I wasn't happy to have a problem with my AC in the middle of a holiday weekend, but Custom came through and fixed a new problem, unrelated to an earlier service call. I appreciate their quick response so we now have a cool house with a house full of company.

To start out on this review. I would have to say the owner Dave or Dan, I'm not sure on that, was very unprofessional. I have had a issue with hummidity in the biggest room of my house for a couple years now. I finally decided to get ahold of the landlord and have it looked at. Well they ended up getting ahold of Custom and proceeded to set up a day to come out. After being set up with a appointment from 1 to 3 the technician shows up at 4:40. I get it things happen, but when he was here he showed the least bit of interest with being on the job. He was here maybe fifteen minutes and said everything checked out. He proceeded to tell me that, maybe it's the insulation or in some cases people have left the utility door open which will cause issues. I let him know that we do not leave the utility door open since there would be no reason to do so. Later that month, I received a notice for payment to my development company. Stating that, due to the work order information from our recent repair, I will need to pay for the services performed on the unit. On the bill, the technician said all freon levels were good along with amprage going to the compressor. The technician also said, that the door was left open to the utility room pulling hot air into the house. Which was false, as I showed him the utility room myself and would have known if the utility door was open. As I tried to get this fixed with the ower, which took him a week and a half to get back to me. He wanted no part in solving this issue with the technicianand I. He proceeded to get short with me. As I got frustrated, he continued in saying never to call here again and then hung up. Needless to say I wouldn't recommend them. Let's hope this technician gets caught in his own game by cutting jobs short and falsifying paperwork to get off earlier. What should have been a simple air conditioning check. Turned into a three-week ordeal leaving me to foot the bill, because of an inaccurate statement.

Very helpful and professional service. Highly recommend! They replaced our furnace, fixed the air conditioner and even did a last minute chimney fix. Always polite! They have earned life long customers!

Had a very good experience with Custom Cooling & Heating Inc. We were able to easily make contact with the individuals at Custom who were able to send someone over quickly to resolve our A/C issue and answer all of our questions. Really appreciate the customer service.

They came out for a service call at the end of September and advised that if there was an issue with the cooling element, the parts would be taken care of. About 2 weeks later, we lost cold air again and they came out the next day. The gentlemen could not promise that the travel and labor would be included in that, which is fine. I received a call this afternoon that they were going to work with me regarding Labor and Travel. Customer Cooling & Heating, Inc. has my business going forward.

I've had to use this company more than once since I'm a renter .. they are horrible at follow up phone calls and appointments and very rarely show up on time for appointments.

In addition I've had to wait 2+ weeks for a part both times I've needed one AND I'M THE ONE that had to call back and ask for an update... These were both during the winter and one was a simple thermostat replacement. I would not use this company if it were my choice.

Only two stars because they did eventually "do the work".

They came out and looked over what units I had, old ones of course, told me what needed to be done, what should be done. After inspection of the old units they emailed bids on 4 different levels of comfort and the costs. They let me choose what I wanted, set up the appointment for ducts to be cleaned . The cost was exactly what they estimated. Very professional job . Very pleased with the way the AC now performs.. I would definitely refer anyone to them.

I have used the service of Custom Cooling & Heating for 13 years.
Last week when the temperatures reached between 83 & 94 degrees, I discovered my air conditioning unit was not working. The same day, Custom determined I needed a new unit, in less than a week, I had a new unit.
This company cares for their customers. I would recommend them to anyone!

Custom Cooling and Heating switched out my old AC unit and indoor coils a few days ago. They also ran new lines. The service was exceptional. The technicians were on time, professional and cleaned up the site. I could not have asked for better service from the very start of requesting a bid. Everyone I dealt with at Custom Cooling and heating were knowledgeable and polite. I would recommend Custom Cooling and Heating to anyone looking for HVAC service.

Brad and his team did a perfect job replacing our heat pump. He gave us a repair option and then multiple replacement options. He also recommended switching from a heat pump to a conventional air conditioner. This was less expensive then going with a new heat pump and should give me less repairs down the road. I really appreciated all the options and the great advice. The technicians were in and out in one day and cleaned everything up and left my place better then they found it. Couldn't ask for a better experience from the beginning to the end!!

Custom did a fantastic job on my new home heating and air conditioning system. They were very upfront and honest with all of their pricing on my new system. Their technicians who installed my system were courteous and handled themselves professionally all the way through the project. I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends and family looking for a new furnace, air conditioner or Geo-thermal heat-pump system!

Called Custom Cooling &Heating Inc. after a referral from a friend.
A/C had a leak and they charged it within two working days.
Discussed replacing both AC and furnace. Bid was sent to me in a couple of days.

Agreed on a system and they installed it 6 days later.
Entire job took 6 hours. Did an outstanding job and explained all the functions, settings and controls in a professional manner.

Extremely satisfied with their work and equipment.
