Joedy was so fast and efficient on our bathroom sink pipe leak. Really appreciate his work as he’s help with all our plumbing repairs.

Had a boiler fail at Holmes Lake Rehabilitation and Care Center. Called Biggerstaff Plumbing for service. Receptionist said that they were extremely busy and would not be able to come out that day. I explained to her that 50 residents were without hot water and this is an emergency. Receptionist said that they would get someone out for service immediately. Biggerstaff was out within the hour. They had to replace the boiler due to the internals rusting out (water actually pouring out of air intake). Robert performed the install. Robert has worked on the boilers over the years and is extremely knowledgeable. He is always professional and provides information and recommendations to prolong equipment life. I highly recommend Biggerstaff for any heating or plumbing needs. And if you want the best, ask for Robert.

Reggie unplugged our toilet quickly, and found what was causing it to clog frequently. The price was reasonable.

Darrel was out to service my furnace (3-5-25) and noticed my floor drain in the basement was draining slow and wanted me to have it checked. Biggerstaff sent Adam out the next morning. When they tried to open my sewer, they discovered I did have an issue but the major issue was the cities. They contacted the city and had them come out. Wasn't long to get it opened. Biggerstaff will be back tomorrow and replace my sump pump. Can't say enough about what a great job Darrel, Adam and one other gentleman (didn't get his name) did for me the last couple of days.

Reggie was so helpful and really explained everything that was going on with the plumbing issues. Very knowledgeable, respectful and helpful. Cleaned up so well afterwards also.

I have a boiler system in my older home. Jake has shown excellent expertise and service in keeping it performing at a high level. Service has always been prompt and pleasant. I could not ask for better service from Jake!
Mat recently replaced my boiler system with a new one. It is a complex system to build and Mat made sure everything was perfect. Mat was also very knowledgeable and friendly. Jake helped Mat some but Mat built mostly by himself. I could not ask for a better experience!

BiggerStaff is always very responsive and quick to get us an appointment to have the situation looked at. They always clean up after themselves and never make a mess. Adam came and replaced our garabage disposal and he was great, professional, friendly and quick!!

We had a leaking pipe downstairs. This required us to shut off the water until it could be fixed. After calling several places, I couldn't get anybody to come out to fix it. Biggerstaff told me if they had an opening they'd call, and they did call just a short while later. Reggie was efficient, accommodating, and gracious. I won't use any other company after what they did for us today! Thank you!

The receptionist was very polite, and got someone out quickly. The technician arrived, I alerted him to the fact that I found a leak that I thought may have been the problem. He evaluated that all internal hardware needed to be replaced. I didn't want anything else to be a problem in the future. He took an hour and a half from arrival time(which is way longer than a professional should take for this task ) he brought me a blank sheet to sign for work done. A couple weeks go by, I receive a $388 bill stating 1:45 hrs spent($30 is a relatively small difference, but, it seems dishonest to me.) So, now, I will spend another $400 to replace with a super fancy toilet. So, in review, I am happy with response time of the company, unhappy with the speed of replacements made by my technician, felt like some of the procedures were a little shady. All in all, it stopped further damage, but if I had located the source of the leak quicker, then I would have just fixed it myself and saved $300. I feel dismayed because I alerted him to the source and the professional replaced it slower than I would have for 4 times the price. He was courteous to be sure and keep the place cleaned up as he went though.

My first experience with Biggerstaff, but it won't be the last. The receptionist, scheduler and technician were all amazing, courteous, and showed great customer service. Reggie came out to diagnose a sink drain issue. The fix ended up being very simple and he had it fixed within minutes. He was knowledgable, made me aware of other issues that could arise in the future but zero pressure to fix those items at this time. I will highly recommend Biggerstaff to friends and family. Excellent customer service from start to finish.
