I've used Greens for 10 years. Always prompt, efficient, and accommodating. They have properly serviced all plumbing and HVAC, new and repairs, in my home.

I had Green's come out to replace my outside water faucet. It had been leaking and was totally rusted. After a little confusion about the time, Morgan came and removed the old faucet and replaced it with a new one. No more leaks!! Morgan was friendly and knowledgeable, and I'm very happy.

Our main sewer line was blocked in our new house. Morgan came in less than an hour after we called, fixed the problem quickly, cleaned up the mess!

Blake from Green’s recently completed a bathroom renovation and did a great job. We removed a tub and converted to a walk in shower, drywall and flooring work, and adding an outlet and exhaust fan. Blake coordinated all the work, was very responsive and communicative, the electricians and Krogman tile were on time and did great work, and we’re really happy with how everything turned out.

In the middle of that our water heater started leaking and had to be replaced. He knocked that out and was still able to wrap things up on schedule. Would definitely recommend Green’s (and Krogman tile) to anyone!

The staff is always EXTREMELY rude and arrogant. They were three hours late to the time they were scheduled to repair a piece of commercial equipment. When I asked them about how long it would take for them to finish the job they responded "STOP ASKING WE WILL BE DONE WHEN WE FINISH" Very unprofessional I highly suggest going elsewhere.

We’ve had them service our heater, do some plumbing work and fix our a/c system. Every time the staff have been friendly and clean up after the work is completed.

The gentleman that came out had a plesant attitude and very friendly. He did the work very well. He went above and beyond. Highly recommend Biggerstaff Plumbing!

Reliable, excellent product. Love my service man. Is very professional and knowledgeable yet personable and takes the time to answer all my questions and explain in a manner I can understand. For example how humidity settings affect the temperature the heat pump emits.

Rude almost hostile attitude. Charged 500 dollars to check for a leak on my a/c. Then said it would take at least a month to get a new unit. I recommend calling any other HVAC company in town before these folks.

While discussing our son's allergies with Jim at Biggerstaff Plumbing Heating & Air, he suggested that we look into a Reme-Halo In-Duct Air Purifier. After reading the brochure, talking to someone that already had one installed and a little on-line research, we decided to try it. There is way less dust in our house and we all feel better when it comes to allergies. The air purifier installed a few months ago. When I turned the heat on this fall, we didn't have the usual burning smell. Having the Reme-Halo Air Purifier installed was a smart decision for us.

Called for a quote on a project and I was left with the impression that the Service manager I spoke to was angry that I was calling him with my business.

I asked the receptionist if they install a certain brand of ac systems, she told me she would get me to someone and he picked up, didn’t introduce himself, say hello or ask any questions just said something along the lines of …yea we don’t install those… in a tone which made it very clear my business was unwelcome. If he had simply taken the time to speak briefly with me about my goals for the project he would have learned that I was very open to and ready to pay for an alternative system had he simply suggested a way to solve my problem instead of treating me like I don’t matter.

I inquired about adding a whole home HVAC humidifier as well as preventatively replacing my 13 year old sump pump a few months ago. Every question and/or concern was answered thoroughly. The HVAC crew and plumbing crew were separate yet Dennis was able to arrange for both crews to come out for the same appointment time...which was greatly appreciated.

For anyone questioning whether an HVAC humidifier is worth it....I 100% approve. I have a hygrometer/thermometer at my home and office. My office is currently 71 degrees and 17% humidity. My home is 70 degrees and 40% humidity. It's not just a number....my home has no static, my skin isn't dry, I have less congestion, and it just "feels" more comfortable. I've tried numerous plug-in humidifiers that end up getting moldy, only good for one room, and are just a huge hassle. It might be more money upfront but the cost of the HVAC system is the way to go. Biggerstaffs had kept my old air conditioning unit running from when I moved to my house in Lincoln in 2014 until the unit finally died in June of 2020. They sent someone out on a Monday to check it, then had a crew here early on Wednesday to install the new air conditioner. They were friendly, professional, and answered every question I had. I'll keep doing business with them.

Had Biggerstaff replace a faulty LP thermocoupler assembly that normally retails around $34 for which I was later billed $235 for the part alone. The 700% upcharge explanation being I was buying an implied warranty that would cover the cost of them coming out in case the new part also proved faulty. Huh???

Biggerstaff was efficient and timely in our need to get our garbage disposal fixed! The plumber called when he arrived to work and called to verify completion. Explained what he had done and asked if we needed any more help.

I have used Biggerstaff for many years. I had a plumber come out to put in a new shower. He came out to do the work and he tracked mud all over my house. He put in the new shower fixture and he left solder all over the new tub surround. It was everywhere. Then when I went to put the remainder of the shower surround in, I discovered he put the shower fixture in two inches too deep. When I called, they argued with me that I was wrong. He finally came back out to fix the poor work. When he did, he tracked mud all over my house a second time. I showed him that he had done it incorrectly and he agreed and moved it forward. He got it positioned and then very arrogantly came and asked me to tell him where it should go despite giving him the sourround and everything he needed to know to do the job. I showed him and it was installed correctly. This time he left solder all over the place again, including on the outside of the tub, the floor and the sourrounding drywall. I called the company to let them know about this and they only said "Hmm. That's not like him." They charged me full price, which is fine, but then charged me to have him come back again despite me telling them I had to steam clean my carpets because of all the mud ground into the carpet. I noticed shortly thereafter that each time I turned the shower on, brown water came out and was staining the shower. I called to talk to management about it but they refused to call me back. I hired another plumber to come out and he indicated that it was installed improperly and not properly flushed properly. He fixed it and didn't leave a speck of solder or mud in my home. He gave me a list of things to watch for and said if things came up to give him a call and he'd swing by to fix it. I've had no problems since. I won't use Biggerstaff again because they are not a professional group from top to bottom. They used to be and we used them for 15 years prior, but this fiasco demonstrates the lack of willingness to take responsibility for mistakes or be responsive.
