Amy was great...ready for all questions we had. When ready to buy a furnace, Greens will be our choice.

They have done major furnace/ac work for me on two occasions,
both completed with professionalism.
They also cheerfully answer the occasional dumb question by phone cheerfully.

Food was great cashier too busy talking to the homeless guy that was in there for glass of water the five minutes are we still at the counter came to a point where I had to interrupt her to get our attention wait on us

Quick visit - tech found a minor repair instead of major service. Been using Greens for 20+ years

They have very bad service. Had been calling them over a month for plumbing work and they kept saying "we will call you back". After a month they finally said that they just were not going to do the job. If you need a job done, get someone else because this company will never get you.

I contacted Greens twice in the past year and both times I received great service - the repairman were on time, efficient and knowledgeable, and the price was great!

One of the Van's hit my mailbox and the office person doesn't seem to care about damage on my mailbox. Manger kept on lying about it.

After our water heater flooded the basement twice. Gave them a call first thing in the morning and they were able to get someone out the same day!! Thank you for saving the day!!

They overcharged our air conditioner - the tech told us that's what happened. Then, when we called them to repair their mistake, they sent us a bill! What! They've also been incredibly rude on the phone.

Green's has worked on our homes for many, many years. They have a host of good folks working there, including Ken, Tony, Elton, Loren, and Ryan. The team recently installed a heat pump and back-up furnace in our home and we are very pleased with the result.

Had issues with my old sump pump. Someone from Green's came and looked things over, said they would get back to me but they never did, even after a couple of additional phone calls from me. Basically, unreliable.

When using this company, don’t ever expect you best interest / intentions to be put through their minds. They will only do what’s best for themselves. Shady business. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED, QUALITY NEVER ASSURED.

Total cost ended up almost twice as much as estimated at very beginning. Did not have parts . Had to wait a month. Bill was paid in full but they kept sending bills.

Devin was Great! Came over to our place of work directly after we had requested service for high CO2 levels. He took the time to explain what the current readings are at the unit and the possibilities of the leak could be from other separate units. Would strongly urge others to use Greens Furnace and Plumbing. Thanks Buck

Had Green’s replace bathroom fixtures. They did that but left a big mess. Did not clean up after themselves!!!! Slopy!!
