On time, quick and professional. Didn't try and sell me a whole new unit. Just made the proper repair as needed and billed me appropriately. Excellent service.

We had a bathroom sink disconnected and a new sink installed following a vanity top replacement. This was arranged through Home Depot. Derek showed up both days on time. He was very courteous, polite, knowledgeable and thorough. We are very pleased with the service we received.

Micah from Luxury Comfort Solutions serviced a geo-thermal heating/AC unit yesterday in a new condo I just purchased in downtown Lincoln. He was on time, very pleasant to work with, and went above and beyond to make sure my very old unit was running smoothly. I met Blake with Luxury Comfort Solutions when he performed a home inspection on a house we are purchasing. He was patient, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain everything he found during the inspection. His attention to detail and willingness to answer questions made the entire process much easier to understand. I found him to be professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone in need of a home inspection.

Igor showed up ahead of time, introduced himself, listened to what our problem was, and went right to work. He kept us informed what he was doing throughout the process. Finished promptly and then once again explained what was done. Igor is very personable and friendly. A greet person to work with.

Cameron did an excellent job cleaning out my dryer vent. He explained what he was doing. He showed me pictures of the lint that was clogging my dryer vent. He took apart my dryer and cleaned the inside. He’s a very friendly, personal individual and cares about his job.

The technician easily diagnosed our AC problem and tied the issue to a previously installed part still covered under warranty. A competitor had tried to sell us a new system instead of taking the time to investigate what Bryant did.

Ryley is by far an amazing technician! Truly appreciated him explaining all that he did and also educating me on what steps I can take to maintain, and how to prepare for the future. Also treated my property with respect and care. He took off his muddy shoes before coming back into the house. Made sure everything was secure. Treated our fur baby with love. Truly appreciate Bryant and all that they do. Thank you do much for saving us from the heat.

Igor did a great job for us, he was very professional and personable. He took the time to explain the work he did and the problems we had with our air conditioning unit. If we have any HVAC issues in the future we will ask specifically for Igor to help us.

TLDR: Bryant was able to redo a quote they did in June that I passed on due to AC still working. Low and behold furnace tanked out They were able to provide a redone quote and install within 24 hours. Very much appreciated due to low temps week of 1/15/2024.

First a major thank you to Jesse M. for being able to turn around an re-estimate the same day with no delays. Sent email on 1/15 MLK day and after hours. He responded promptly with 4 estimates Tuesday the 16th. Took time to take my call go over the estimates and select package install and was able to schedule install 1/17.

Second for Lee W. and Ryan M who came promptly the next morning on the 17th with new furnace/ac to install. Contact me 15mins prior to coming. They work around me dropping my daughter off at school and then had to run and errand during mid install so they moved out of driveway so I could get in and out. During the whole install they took the time to answer any questions I had. They ran into an issue where they needed to raise the furnace off the floor with a stand they didn't know about and with the help of someone offsite had a metal stand fabricated and delivered so they could complete the job same day. During running the new lines through the crawl space they found the existing condensate line had an issue and made sure to resolve it when they installed the new condensate line. Worked around me coming in and out of my work office several times and never seemed annoyed. Overall two great guys that represent your company well.

Finally Bryant thanks for the quick turnaround on this project. My family was without a safe consistent heat source from Sunday the 14th. Our warranty company was screwing us around and could not get me a contractor and you were able to step up and get my family and me taken care of. Thanks again!

The technician who checked our AC was great today. He was prompt, courteous and explained everything he was going to do. I know HVAC staff are very busy now with the heat and humidity so I’m especially grateful for his expertise and thoroughness!!!

Ethan Essink is a top notch installer. His work is always clean and professional and always gives it his all and makes sure the customer is satisfied with every install. His level of integrity and work ethic is hard to come by and Bryant is represented well by Ethan.

We would like to share that Ryan M. was in our home today to install duct work for venting. He did an excellent job. The outside of our home has the new venting and it looks great! He was polite, informative and professional. He answered questions and concerns. The job completion was done quickly and with precision.

Great company and professional staff with rapid response times. I submitted a repair request online one night, and my air conditioner was fixed the following day. I absolutely would recommend this company for any heating and cooling needs.

They are more than happy to take your money for a service call to get you a quote, but when it comes to doing the work they will completely blow you off. Luckily I haven't needed my furnace in the 3 months I have been waiting on them.

Also I was not impressed with their the knowledgeably of their tech. I explained the diagnostics I did, and showed them one of my install concerns that didn't match manufacturer instructions. The whole time the tech seemed confused and didn't understand what I was explaining. I am just going to fix it myself at this point.

As for your reply my furnace is no more than 10 years old. They still sell the model. Parts shortages are no longer a real thing. The pressure switches that you want to replace for no reason are a common part. The control board which is the real issue can be found on a dozen different reputable sites online.
