The person who came out to give us a quote for the work we wanted done was very knowledgeable and gave us options and explained each option well. He didn't pressure us into a particular option. The quote for the work being done seemed reasonable. The people who did the work showed up on time, were professional and friendly. Any questions I had were answered. They were there for approximately the amount of time they said they would need to do the work. The finished product (two bathroom vents vented out the side of the house) looked like it was done correctly. They cleaned up the major debris when completed. Overall I thought it was a good experience.

I Really appreciated the speed with which they were able to get out here and get the leak fixed. I also appreciated Ian taking the time to answer my questions and getting it fixed quickly. Great job!

Ian Biehl came out and advised us about new commodes and faucets. He was very knowledgeable and gave us excellent information. He helped us see what products would work best for us and now we are looking forward to having them installed. He also checked our gas fireplace to make sure it was working properly. Thanks, Ian.

Toilet tank not filling up with water. Inside works needed replaced. They came out late afternoon and it was fixed quickly. Although the price was higher than I expected, the serviceman was friendly and polite. It's working fine now.

Ian came this morning and replaced my water heater and water softener. He is awesome very personable and explained all issues and what he was doing and why. He made the experience very fun and engaging. If you want someone who knows what they are doing Ian and John Henry’s in the way to go. Highly recommend.

First off, I'd like to say, the work done was great. The only thing I have a problem with is the labor cost. Jack, your service guy said he wasn't going to charge for mileage, he messaged me at 12:05, got to our house at approx 12:30. We had to wait for the city of Waverly to come out to shut the waterline off. He said he had a training video to watch, so he said I would not be charged for that time. He worked on one valve in the kitchen while we were waiting for the city, then went out to do his training video. Approx half hour to 45 minutes later, the city workers got there, we, (cuz I helped), got that done. Jack fixed everything inside the house, he explained to me that he charged us for an extra ball valve, then I signed for the amount and found he put 3 hours and 45 minutes. It would have been that much if he charged from the time he messaged me at 12:05 till the time he left. There was at least an hour more time that he wasn't working. As much as labor cost, which I am familiar with, I thought it's an hour too much.
We did get the check for $72.32. Thank you for that.

Ian was my technician from John Henry, and he was very professional, knew what he was doing and got the job done very quickly and efficiently. He also took the time to show me what he did, which I really appreciated. Over all a great experience and I will definitely be calling them again if I have any heating, plumbing or electrical issues. Thank you Ian for being so great to work with!

Every worker sent to us was very competent & experienced in the repairs they made at our house. The plumber planned out his work efficiently and we had water when he left on day one. It was a big job to change all the galvanized pipes that needed to go. The plumber answered our questions completely and showed us what the work was & how it would be done. Thomas was friendly, thoughtful & considerate. He is an excellent plumber & takes great pride in his work. We would have him back anytime to work at our house.

We called John Henry's to come by to give us a price to replace a water heater. They came as quick as we needed, Ian gave us a competitive estimate. I asked how soon the install could take place and he said right away! Ian does great work and was very patient answering all my questions. He had the job done within a couple hours.

We had John Henry come out to check our heat pump. Brandon was very helpful and friendly. He explained everything he was checking and why, which was nice. He did not pressure me for added service we did not need, but explained what they had to offer in a friendly, non-pressure way.

Parker came out and identified the problem with my Mom’s toilet and the clogged drain. He replaced the toilet and fixed the drain. I appreciate how well John Henry’s responds and takes such good care of my mother, it means the world to me to be able to rely on quick, dependable and reliable service. We are so pleased with John Henry’s service.

My excellent experience began with Sid, who promptly came to my home and outlined what options were best for my home's new AC/furnace. I really appreciated the fact that he simply laid out the information and ensured the next steps were clear. Reese and Chase showed up to install my new whole-house system. They were friendly, professional, and were able to meet the estimated timelines, complete with a informative and helpful walkthrough of my system. The electrician went above and beyond his role by letting me know of other concerns that he noticed while wiring up my new AC/furnace. After installation was complete, Bradley and Jacob did an excellent job cleaning my home's air duct system. 5 out of 5 stars well-earned for this great company. I felt confident the entire way through the process and can tell their crews are well-trained. Thank you all for your professional assistance, hard work, and timeliness!

Bruce was amazing! He was professional, competent and explained what plumbing issues needed to be taken care of. He was exceptionally clean, neat and tidy. I will request him next time definitely.

Heater died and the parts for my unit were discontinued. Wes and Joel were able to help me schedule the installation and walk me through the financing process, they were really nice and understanding. Thankfully the install was able to get scheduled for the next day. Chase R, Reese C and Paul M all got to my place on time and we're not only very professional but they were also educative on the new unit care and tips. I would recommend their service highly.

I needed a new water heater and at some I was planning on replacing the water softener. I ended up doing both with John Henry's. I work in construction so I have some experience with things like this. I had an estimate from another company and it was a hundreds cheaper, but the experience I had with John Henry's is definitely worth the difference. I Had a great experience from dispatch to the plumber who did the water heater installation. I called dispatch 30 minutes before closing and the lady was nice and had a great attitude. My appointment was two days after the phone call. The plumber Ian showed up to take a look and provide an estimate. He was very helpful and was happy to answer all my questions. Once I okayed the estimate he got to work right away and installed a new water heater and a new water softener within a few hours. He did an amazing job with the installation and his work is clean. I would recommend this company for friends and family. Next time I need plumber they will be the only company I call. Thank you guys for the great service.

Justin R. and Damian C. did a fantastic job installing my furnace and AC. They were on time, respectful of my home, and extremely knowledgeable. They walked me through the system, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was set up properly before they left. The install was clean, organized, and very professional. It’s clear they take pride in their work. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and would absolutely recommend them.

We had a messed up ductwork system that was inefficient and failed yo adequately heat and cool any of the rooms in our house. John Henrys came, spent several hours measuring and planning, then totally revamped our ductwork. They even included drywall repair! We are beyond pleased with the results, we had given up hope of not having to use space heaters in the winter and suffering the heat in the summer. We highly recommend John Henrys!

Ian came this morning to do an assessment of all of the plumbing in my house. He did an amazing job checking all of the drains, the water softener, hot water heater and the toilets. He was extremely knowledgeable and identified the causes of some of the issues I was experiencing. He was able to stay and fix small problem areas on the spot. My water softener was no longer working and the hot water heater was over 10 years old and filled with sediment. Because I am a member of the VIP plan, I was able to bundle the replacement cost and get great discounts. Ian was able to work with coworkers and get everything replaced that same morning. I am thrilled to have hot, soft water again! And, I am thrilled to be working with the service technicians at John Henry’s. They are professional and efficient in their work and made sure I was educated and informed along the way. It was a very positive experience.

They arrive on time and did a wonderful job , they upgraded my aging electrical panel , they added a separate circuit for the microwave , I got 5 bids and no only they matched they actually got me a better deal when I bundle my new water heater upgrade I’m very happy with the job and I would recommend them to everyone

We love John Henry. Their technicians are incredibly skilled at what they do, never leave a mess, and they are always friendly. If you need help, or have an emergency that comes up they are there for you. Bruce was so much fun, explained what he was doing and did a great job replacing our pressure relief valve on our water heater. I have peace of mind knowing John Henry takes care of us.
