Members of my family were told by John Herny's that everything at their house needed to be replaced.. Furnace, air conditioner and water heater. They replaced the water heater but my
sister in law called because she wasn't sure and wanted some help.
We told her to call Clean Gene's he came out and REPLACED a coil in the air conditioner. Everything else was fine .
At one point the John Henry guy told my sister in law they were not use car sales men...hmmm.
IF you want HONESTY and someone who will take care of you because he understands the value of customers this is your guy.
This is the third family member who has used his service.

Our A/C went out at 11pm last Wed. and we called Larkins to come out and give us an estimate the next morning at 730am. They got here the same day, ordered the unit and installed it the next day so we didn't have to go without Air over the weekend. Cody and Steve were both awesome to work with and very honest and up front about the entire process and cost. I would highly recommend them to any family and friends. They are a great family owned business.

Had a couple of different problems with our furnace when the -31* temps hit us this year show up as the furnace was running almost non-stop to keep up and then started not coming on at all. Gene came out, listened and quickly diagnosed the problem. His experience hit the nail on the head, explanations were easy to understand and we have now had reliable heating ever since. The replacement thermostat was also big win for maintaining temp and not making our furnace work so hard to keep up, saving us money and adding longer life to our furnace. Absolutely 5-star service!

Gene has done work for us several times over the years and has always done excellent work. Recently we were having trouble with our furnace and Gene walked us through a couple steps over the phone and we were up and running in no time. Superb customer service.

Clean Genes to the rescue!! The motor went out on my furnace on one of the coldest days of the year! I called Gene and he was out early the next morning, went right to work and had a new motor installed in a short period of time! His service is excellent!

Gene is phenomenal. I called him relatively late at night as our air had died and it was 80 degrees in our house and rising on one of the hottest days of the year. He called me back a couple of minutes after I left a message. He walked me through some diagnostics over the phone and met up with me after ten at night to sell me the part I needed for cheap. I got it replaced and the air is nice and cool again. Gene saved me a ton over the other companies and is by far the best HVAC professional I've met in Lincoln. He also came highly recommended and all the reviews were spot on. Thanks Gene!

Lincoln Heating & Cooling repaired our AC quickly and professionally.

To put it simply, Gene is, incredible. He's professional, humble, smart, kind, helpful, highly educated, and a teacher at heart.

A local company tried to get me for nearly $6000 for a new heating system. Gene came in, took a look at the system and had my heating system producing heat through the house within 30 minutes. To take it a step further, Gene helped me find a control board for my system and we'll install it when it arrives this weekend.

Most of all, Gene cares, his concern tonight was that I had heat and could keep my family safe on a night where temperatures will drop into the teens. Gene is literally the best HVAC person I've ever met in my life and I now will be a customer for life!

Gene is always helpful whenever I have issues with my AC. He installed a unit for me last year and did a great job. He also followed up with me about the best way to keep it clean and running well this year. I have trusted him with keys to my house when I’m out of town and having a heating or ac issue. Use his services you won’t regret it!

The company I work for had an AC unit breakdown in the summer, Gene and his son had our backs. He helped us by giving us recommendations on AC units, and had the best price available for service and install, even after calling 2 other service providers. He removed the old unit outside, did a really nice job sealing the building where the lines run through the wall. Very professional! He inspected the inside air handler and said it was suitable for the output of the unit. He did some troubleshooting and testing of everything, and got it running! He went above and beyond by installing a new digital thermostat for us too. It has been very accurate compared to the old style we used to have!

Edit: needed help with my AC again and Gene is absolutely the only guy you should call us you need HVAC help! Trust me.

Above all, an all-around great guy that genuinely wants to help before a Heating and Cooling guy. It's like having a family member helping you figure out your HVAC needs. What else can I say?

I had my boiler serviced. I liked the fact that everything that was done and findings were explained to me. The serviceman was very polite and professional. I was pleased. They are Amazing!! I highly recommend.

We had our main line clog in our house, and John Henry had two polite, knowledgeable gentlemen out to help in less than an hour to save us from our nightmare. They also brought to our attention some roots growing through our drain, which will require attention soon. I had no idea! Very happy with the service we received.

Garret came and helped me out today! He was very helpful and gave some great tips! Excellent communication and service!

Blake was amazing. We had an emergency the day before thanksgiving our whole fuss box needed to be replaced. Parker did a great job and was very efficient snaking out our main sewer line. I would like to complain about the cost but it was an after hours weekend call so it was expected.
The only complaint I have that stops this from being a 5 star review, he did not wear his boot covers and tracked sewer sludge all over my downstairs carpet and landing. We had to shampoo the carpet and sterilize our hard surface flooring after he left.
