Furnace took a dump the day before Thanksgiving. I was worried about getting someone out before the Holidays and I figured parts would be involved so add another roadblock to the list. Thankfully James came out and took the time to diagnose the issue and even left to go pick up the parts needed for the fix. He had us up and running before the end of the day. Just in time for some snow and even colder weather after Thanksgiving. I can't say enough about how thankful we were to have the heat during that time. Definitely my go to!!

This company installed our HVAC system in a brand new home. The A/C had a bearing go out the 1st time we ran it. Jim the owner, said he would be out to take a look on 3 different occasions and never showed up. Our furnace has condensation pooling up on top of the unit and running into the internals. The duct work was not sized right or insulated in the attic. Last but not least, our carbon monoxide exhaust was not entirely attached! This could have been fatal had it not been caught! The builder had to get another company in to repair and replace duct work in the attic and at the unit. They may be ok on service and responsive, but stay far away from new install work. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy...TOTAL GARBAGE!!! If I could have given zero stars I would have..

Hayden did me right. Responded the same evening I submitted my request (Saturday) and was out to the house Sunday morning to fix my A/C when we were in a 3-day streak of 100° temps.

I called during a very hot week here in Lincoln when my A/C went out. Out of all the companies I contacted (including my own warranty company), Pure Comfort made the most effort to get out to my place as quickly as possible. Not only were they the quickest, but Jim took the time to look at our system, offer his knowledge, and provide multiple solutions that were reasonably priced. I appreciated they worked with me financially. During the repair installation, my home's HVAC system had some unexpected obstacles arise. Jim and Hayden (who did the installing) handled the obstacles with down-to-earthness, urgency, and a helpful hand. My wife and I are now enjoying our working A/C system!

It was ridiculously quick and easy to get an estimate setup with Jim on the phone , he's very hospitable and professional. Vince their Technician came out to do an estimate, he was polite and respectful of our house and house rules. He wore boot covers and sanitized his hands at our request with no complaint. He took a look around and made sure we knew what he was talking about. I look forward to having Pure Comfort as our go too HVAC #1 service provider.

I manage multiple apartment complexes and Pure Comfort is always our go to for HVAC installs and repairs. Everyone we have worked with has been knowledgeable and the work has been done correctly. Hayden (the owner of Pure Comfort) is educated, super friendly, and very reasonable to work with. I trust them so much that I passed them on to take care of my own mother's house. Needed to replace our AC as it started to smoke and we wanted to also replace our furnace at the same time. Hayden (owner) gave me a call back right away while the other places I called took days. His price's and timelines were hands down better. Two of his employee's came out a few days later, got everything replaced, cleared out the old units and picked up after themselves. I'll be recommending them to anyone i know who needs work done.
