Thomas, Bruce and Brady were just here and have done exceptional service. The response time was incredible and their professionalism was excellent. We are so glad we chose John Henry and will be recommending them to friends and colleagues.

It's so nice to have a quick, friendly response to a call. My humidifier was not working correctly and it was quickly taken care of. The tech explained everything to me and showed me what was happening. All taken care of. Thank you!

Garret came out to swap out some old outlets for us and did a fantastic job. He was quick, efficient, and clearly very knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing in a way that was easy to understand and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left.

Bruce was awesome! He took the time to completely inspect our plumbing fixtures in our old farmhouse as part of our maintenance plan. He took care of issues, made a plan for some improvements, and was detailed in his explanation of issues and items to improve, and reasons for some issues. Brady did a fantastic job. On time for the estimate and ended up replacing our water softener in less than three hours the same day. Highly recommend!

Eric did a great job with several plumbing issues at my house. He also found some things I didn’t know about that saved me money and the possibility of bigger problems down the road. He quickly prioritized what needed to be done first. He is a hard worker, and a very nice guy. I will request Eric in the future for plumbing needs, and will highly recommend him to friends and family!

Tyler, Dave, Chase, Luke, Eric, Garrett, Blake and John were wonderful to work with. They installed a new furnace, air, humidifier, water heater, electrical panel and repaired a toilet. They were very professional, knowledgeable and always on time. John Henrys is definitely our go to business for any future needs.

Colin and Blake, thank you so much for coming to take care of our electrical issues. We'd almost gone a whole week without power in our kitchen and it was getting difficult for our family. These guys were polite, respectful, and diligent. Within a few hours, my kitchen was up an running again. They even made sure to provide more information on what they did and to call them if something isn't working right because of the warranty I didn't know I was getting.

Kelly was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He helped troubleshoot our heat pump and identify why it wasn't working. He gave us helpful insights for next steps and left the area where he worked clean.

One week later Update.
We brought in a second opinion on the heat pump. This technician was able to resolve our issue and get the heat pump working again without needing new components. He gave us some information on why it wasn't working.

I have to adjust my initial review with John Henry's from a 5 star to a 3 star. While a general cause for the heat pump not working was identified by their technician, he missed an easy solution without needing to buy any components. It is an older unit and a fear of rabbit-holing was brought up which influenced the decision to not go further. Was that fear justified? Those knowledgeable in the HVAC troubleshooting process would know but I didn't. Without going any deeper, the tech's recommendation was that we would need new parts or a new unit. He was still friendly to work with and left the area clean so I'll give him props for that.

Bruce did our annual plumbing inspection. He was efficient and knowledgeable. Clearly explained his findings and how to keep drains cleaned. Very polite and professional!! A great rep for his company.

Contacted John Henry's to have a new kitchen faucet installed as the old one was old and leaking. Scheduling the appointment was super easy and I immediately received a message confirming my appointment. The line of communication was great as they notified me of my appointment, called to see if I wanted to move it a day up as they had an opening (I couldn't due to work obligations), texted in the morning to let me know the tech was on the way (which included his photo). Tech showed up on time and made quick work of the repair. Answered my questions and was very professional.
Very satisfied, would highly recommend.

Another great experience from John Henry's. The service was prompt, professional, and provided real peace of mind. The whole process was pleasant as everything was explained clearly and thoroughly; the finished product looks premium. Well done!

Bruce did a great job checking my plumbing. My garbage disposal was locked up. He unlocked it and it works great. He also provided drain cleaner and showed me how much to pour into my drains.
He provided great customer service.
Bruce did set up an appointment to have someone come out and give an estimate on pipe replacement for my upstair tub.

Had a clog under the concrete in basement where I had John Henry plumbing come out to scope and see the options of ways to solve issue, where we ran across a major clog where the pipe was clogged shut and could not get past with his snake/ scope. Was told that it was to major of a clog and would have to rip concrete out and replace the piping under the concrete and then since that would be PVC would have to change the stack up to the roof into PVC. Estimated me out at 16,000 dollars. Where I thought that was extremely high. I took it as a (we don't want this job kind of bid). Pricing for scope was at a great price only 90 dollars. Called MAJOR DRAIN the next day. They come in got through the clog with a 3/8 bit then upped it to a 1.5 bit cleaned clog out in under 30 minutes no issue and has a 90 day warranty. Not saying they don't do good work but in my case had to get a 2nd opinion to where it did work in my favor. Tech was super nice and polite though. This service was for a drain that ran to the main line.

We had our furnace stop working this Sunday. Called John Henry’s that morning and Deacon sent Kaleb out right away for us to find we had a lot of issues with our old unit. Kaleb did a fantastic job helping us get our unit running for the time being. John Henry’s also had Austin come out Sunday and talk us through systems that would work well for our house. We got one picked out fitting our needs and budget. By Wednesday morning Ian and Gavin came out for install and got a new system installed and working great for us. I definitely will be using John Henry’s from now on. Great professional service provided by all that helped us in a tough situation.

I would recommend this company to anyone. They were the most professional from service to insulation and customer service. I had a whole new system put in air-conditioning furnace, hot water heater. I was very impressed with every person that walked into my house and completed the project, thank you very much!

We had 2 badly draining sinks in our home and one ended up stop draining completely. We called to have a service technician come out as soon as possible and one came the next morning. Our technician was Ashton and when he got to our home, he was extremely kind and respectful. We just had a baby and he didn’t ring our doorbell or knock (we have a sign on our door not to) and he did his best to work quietly. Ashton explained his work and the pricing clearly and overall, it was great experience.

my experience with the John Henry company was top notch. Where the first call was very good, the heads up the service person was about a half hour out. The service person was very nice, knowledgable and efficient. Defiantly would call John Henry again if I should have a plumbing issue.

I would recommend this place to anyone! Very professional and quick. Joel came to our house on a Friday to explain to us the process of getting a new furnace + financing plans and a team was sent out the following Monday to replace it!
