Very, Very disappointed!!! First off, I have had great difficulty in dealing with the main office. I called to set up a plan and was given quite a run a round. I got called back five times the same day with five different people asking the very same questions. Don't they keep records or share info? I was called a 6th time that same day, as I recognized the number and was at that time exasperated by this ridiculous incompetence I answered the phone "how can i help you this time" and was promptly hung up on. I should have cancelled then

After a summer and fall of treatment, aerating and seeding I am no better off than I was when I started. In fact, the yard is by far worse. It is dirt. I followed the watering instructions to a T .... I am an very detailed person. I asked question, I raked up twice a week so as the leaves in the fall would not hinder any growth. Still, any grass that grew died quickly after germinating. I'm done. After talking to the collage educated, nice folks at Miller Seed here in Lincoln I will be following their guidance and doing the work myself.

What a joke! I just got called saying my account is past due. I logged on WHILE ON THE PHONE with them. Both my accounts, yes 2 accounts I pay on with them, and they are both showing paid via auto payments to my VISA. They say it was set up to pay via a checking account. That is not true nor what they show in THEIR online system. That is CRAZY!! Are they scamming people out of extra money?!?!? Be warned!!

To the trugreen driver on hwy 103 between DeWitt and Wilber that decided to flip me off when I passed you, I hope your day gets better. It’s the holiday season. Nobody deserves to be that bitter. I passed you because I didn’t want another rock flying at my wind shield. I’m a single mom. I can’t afford to fix a window at this time of year. You turned your blinker on right as I started going around you. I think it was miscommunication. Happy holidays to you Sir. I hope you decide to spread kindness during this time of year instead of anger.

I used them one year and the employee got rude with me because my back door was open and he was afraid of my dogs, only, my door wasn’t open. So I called his boss and was told they would send another tech, the same tech came and knocked on my door, early in the morning, to tell me I almost cost him his job. I canceled my future services but they tried to automatically renew my services anyway, only I changed my accounts. Now they keep calling to ask my why I cancelled services, I have so far, blocked 3 of their numbers.

Do not let Allan W treat your yard. The last 2 times he did a 1/4 of the area he was supposed to treat, didn't leave any paper work like all the others before him & when I confronted him about it he said he did what he was supposed to the ran off. We watched & filmed this time because of our suspicions. Tru Green has been fired.

TruGreen answered questions about watering and mowing after service. He did entire yard, edge to edge. Thanks TruGreen!

Been using TruGreen four years and my yard looks best it’s ever looked in 30 years we’ve lived here.

Dishonest service. A "Specialist" came to my house did only less than 6 minutes. I was inside the house and I never see he/she at my back yard so I check the my motion cameras (I have a few), none of the camera pick up. To make sure, I walk fast, all the cameras works fine. I have True green services about 2 year no wonder why my lawn getting worst. I just canceled. If you want True Green please reconsider, or make sure they do their job properly.

I was not home for the visit, but the security camera footage shows that the technician did a fantastic job and was careful to navigate around the yard in a proper way. I also really appreciate the feedback in the comment section of the visit to assist me with keeping up with the treatment as far as watering and care go.

FAST FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT | Their work is unmatched

We could barely step outside without getting eaten alive by mosquitos. Called TruGreen for help. Their product, and Cameron, the tech, were flawless. Not a mosquito in sight! Thank you for giving us our summer back!!!

When we moved in the yard was pretty much weeds. I tried doing it myself but was not getting results. Called TruGreen and in less than the summer season there was a marked improvement. The following summer I only saw weeds in the alley. They are careful not to kill off the flowers and plants. Biggest hit for me was that I didn’t have to handle the chemicals and actually paid less that when I was trying to do it myself.
There were a few missteps over the years but overall the company has lived up to the promise.

Service tech visited with me prior to his application and we discussed what he was going to do and how to treat the yard after the application of the product. I appreciated his time to explain all this ahead of time.

Won't really know for 7-21 days to see if the weeds die off. If the weeds die off then happy with the service. Surveys should not be sent or completed until the treatment has had time to work or not work.

We did not ask for grub service
But gave it to us. This is one of the reasons we quite the service in the past. They are not very good at listening to your request.

This Evaluation for today’s visit with Rita from Ohio. I called to get help with the website TRUGREEN lawn care. Last month I had trouble getting my notifications this month. I was having trouble of getting my notifications. Every time I turn on my notifications I get an email that it’s updated, but when I go back in, notifications are off. Rita did a fantastic job of understanding my situation. She fixed the preferences so that I will get a text and possibly an email with pre-service notifications. When I go on the web, if I go on the website by downloading the app, it’s different than when I log into what you tell me to login and show me the website. Those two websites are totally different. I appreciate Rita taking the time to understand my situation, contacting her supervisor, and getting the problem of getting texts resolved Rita was very professional, helpful, and understanding. I would give her a 10 out of 10.

This 5 Star review is for Michael, not TruGreen. He is an invaluable employee and a wonderful human being. Knowledge, thoughtful, patient, and results oriented. He’s a credit to his craft. If I could rate him a 10, I would!
For the tree service we request only Michael or Skyler.
For the lawn service we request only Bret and Graydon, as they both have proved to be kind, knowledgeable and patient.
To retain our business, we are expecting that our requests are upheld.

When I signed up, I asked them to mark the technicians give me a call before they start because I am unable to be home when they work, and they haven't called me yet. You literally cannot contact the local office at all, and they send you to a call center where the people tell you they can have someone call you in 24 to 48 hours and they did nothing else to help, like why can't this be handled right now? Plus I checked my security cameras and the technician did not even step foot in my back yard, which I have already paid to get done. This experience makes me upset.

Josh with Truegreen has been great. He gave me his personal number and is quick to respond. 4 days after my first treatment and I already see obvious signs of progress. Can't wait for the season to progress.
