Colby explained what the treatment entailed, and even took the time to check the previous treatments when I told him someone else had just come last month. He explained the different treatments and why he was back today. Thanks for making my yard beautiful!

They came out last fall and sprayed my trees and killed one. Then they lied about it and talked us into buying a deep root waterer, said it was because of the drought. They should have to replace my 25 year old tree and take the one they killed out

I was by the TruGreen sales rep that aetating came with the paid plan. I asked specifically if the aetating came with the plan and they said it did.When TruGreen called to set up the aetating I was it was an extra charge. Now they will not honor the contract.

I spoke with Adam Confer after he arrived and he listened and addressed any concerns I had. Very professional and I feel he went above and beyond. Highly recommended.

I was quoted 60$ for 7 visits minus the roughly 250 for aeration in late summer. The company ran through everything with me but didn’t mention anything of a grub treatment. A 60$ visit turned to 136$ on my camera the “technician” was here less than 8 minutes and didn’t spray whole yard just the front half. I immediately canceled my membership, they tried to persuade me to drop the price to 46$ for that day but I still canceled I just can’t trust them.

I always receive a thorough explanation of the service provided, a copy of the information and a follow up after the service has been completed. My lawn looks the best it ever has and I’m very appreciative of Trugreen.

Started this service last year and it was amazing! No more skeeters! Better yet, the annoying bats that had taken residence in the cracks of my patio pergola took off! Guess they didn’t like the skeeters being gone. Can now enjoy our patio without skeeters and bats!

Josh has been doing our yard for the last year! He is great worker and makes sure to get all areas of our yard completed! He takes the time to answer any questions we have and explains things so we can understand it. He is very thorough!! I hope he is still with Trugreen next year!

Worst vendor experience ever. The price was expensive compared with other lawn maintenance companies but we went with them because of their reputation. However, we had a beautiful, lush, healthy lawn. After one visit from a technician who sprayed a liquid fertilizer the grass began to die within days. I immediately called and explained the situation and was told someone would visit to assess the damage in 24-48 hours. The time went by and no one showed up. I had to call again and was told that was wrong information but someone would contact me within 3 days. The technician came and attempted to leave without speaking to us. He made excuses and said they would not refund the money we paid for the service which killed our grass. They wouldn’t refund the remaining balance without calling me and wasting more of my time trying to convince me to keep the service. Do not use Truegreen. Lisa T.

Hunter was friendly and explained what his service was — insect spray. We haven’t had any problems with fleas or ticks or any other insects, so I’m very happy with the job being done.

The TruGreen reps were punctual, and they explained well what we need to do after the service. They were easy to work with.

So far my experience with Tru Green Just these 3 past months from July have been terrible. To start off before the plan my front and back lawn were not perfect but some what decent. Now my front and back lawn look absolutely terrible. In one separate side from my front lawn is completely empty no grass just weeds. And my front lawn and back yard’s color was matching and looks nice and now every other step you take around my lawn is a different color. From dark green, to green, to light green, to very grayish green, to dead. Also the grass used to all be very even and now only certain parts of my lawn are growing. Absolutely terrible. Also the specialist Matthew H is terrible he hasent done this once but twice and all he does is park outside and then just leave 2-3 minutes later. He’s doesn’t get out of the car . He doesn’t apply care. He just sits in it and on his phone and then leaves. Something should be done about him.

Lawn needs help. It doesn’t appear it’s getting what I paid for?

We had a thick lush lawn but hadn't done much as far as fertilizing or weed treatments so decided one year of TruGreen would be just what it needed to make sure it was at its best. BIG MISTAKE!!! Our once beautiful lawn is now mostly dead, as in a dried up brown wasteland. A "professional" lawn company killed our lawn.

#TruGreenFail First they charged me for an appointment that they canceled and never performed. Then Ryan called and begged for another chance; he'd "walk hand in hand" to make my yard great. On the 'second chance' they burned a big brown patch of grass beside my front door. Now, they won't return my call, and I haven't seen the refund for the work they did not do.

The Lincoln TruGreen is an absolute joke. Myself and my neighbors have to call them each year to schedule treatments, as they don't schedule on their own. Last season they skipped 2 months of services (I pay for 6 treatments per year), and that was AFTER constant phone calls to schedule treatment. The same issues happening this year. Rather than treat 4 neighbors in one trip, they make 4 separate trips over a period of about 4-5 weeks. Their scheduling is ridiculous and the wasted efficiency on their trips is frustrating. I will be working on finding a replacement for next year. I would NOT recommend. (I will add, their guys that do the treatments are always kind and do a great job. The criticism is directed at management/scheduling.)

My TruGreen specialist have been serving my lawn care this spring & summer and I've been extremely pleased with the attention and care my landscape has received. Please continue to offer advice to enhance my lawn, trees, and bushes.
