They were so great! He came in, figured out the problem within a minute, and fixed it under an hour! So fast and he explains everything very well, you can tell he really knows what he is doing.

Joel came out on a Saturday to unclog a drain. Was very professional and courteous and took care of a stubborn clog.

John Henry's said they were charging overtime ($100 just to come to the house) and wouldn't provide an estimate.

RotoRooter could come this afternoon and Nick was kind enough to give me a ballpark average of $500 to clear a sewer line (thanks for the transparency Nick! ✊).

John's plumbing went to voicemail and I called the emergency number provided which also went to voicemail and i left a message and have yet to hear back (1 hr ago)

Team Emergency (funniest of all) appears to have disconnected their number as it rings once and hangs up (tried twice)

JC Plus Plumbing (the SHINNING victor) answered right away and said basically "call Matt's Sewer and Drain, they're better at that" 👀 Who does that!?

I called Matt's and they said they'd come and clear the sewer line for $150 + tax 👀

Maybe the other folks would be better at some things and I'm sure they'd have their arguments... But when it comes to sewers and drains, call Matt's! And the next time I have a plumbing question/problem, I'm calling JC Plus Plumbing!
