JC's is awesome!! Helped us get the required icemaker line installed so that our new refrigerator could be delivered. They were incredibly patient, and went beyond what many companies would to help me out.

It was very easy to communicate about scope, receive an estimate and schedule the work. They were timely and completed the work quickly and well. The billing came in an appropriate time period, was less than the estimate and was simple to pay directly online. I will definitely use them again.

I called and reported the car as a reckless driver. But one of the workers was driving 15under, swerving in front of me and when I went around(not illegally) HE went around ME in a TURN lane and then slammed the brakes. I was just trying to get to school. He then proceeded to “turn” with no blinker and didn’t actually turn even tho I was passing him so almost cause an accident. Not once but twice. Then honked at me when I PARKED???? I got a picture of the car and reported for reckless driving. Thought about calling jc plumbing but I don’t have time today as I have school and hair appointments I have to do. I was late because of all of this.

We contacted this company to clean out the floor drain in our basement and they responded promptly, showed up on time, and completed the project to our satisfaction at a very reasonable price. We will have JC Plus Plumbing take care of our plumbing needs in the future and we highly recommend you do the same.

So happy we called them!!! They were friendly and professional on the phone and in person and LITERALLY at our door in 10 minutes! (And on a day he wasn't even supposed to be working) We will definitely be recommending and calling in the future! Thanks again JC Plus Plumbing!

JC Plus Plumbing had no knowledge of plumbing. They assumed since my home was old that my plumbing was old, even though my plumbing is exposed and clearly visible when they were in the basement. They were able to fix my toilet issue. But when trying to fix a faucet, broke something else they were not even supposed to check. When I tested both faucets, I found that they broke the other one and brought it up. Only then did he say that it broke when he was looking at it. He offered to supply the hardware for free since he was the one who broke it. However when they sent me the bill, it said the Company was not paying for the new hardware. The plumber who broke it would be paying for it. And that since the funds were coming out of his own pocket if I would consider to paying for the hardware!

Called needing a water heater replacement. A little bit later we were up and running with our new water heater. Everything was well communicated, done quickly, and cleanly. Employees were professional and kind. I don't like having to have plumbing replaced and fixed but when I inevitably need it again I'll be calling JC Plus Plumbing.

Great service!! We will use them again!! First day out he condemned my dishwasher. He also said that he would replace our sump pump!! We were lucky to find a dishwasher in stock a Schafers! When we called to set up a date to replace things he was able to come at noon the next day!! Fast service and we are set to wash dishes and a sump pump for rainy days!!

This company and its owner always want me to be satisfied with their service and are willing to talk to me about the work, service and price. If I am not satisfied, they will discuss it with me and come to some agreement with which we both are comfortable.
I really appreciate that because most businesses in Lincoln do not have that courtesy. I will continue to call them and recommend them to other people. They are a rare company in this time of impersonal service from business and their employees.

JC Plumbing was highly recommended on Nextdoor & Google...BUT I want to open people's eyes!

I called them a total of 3 times by phone (leaving messages each time) and several times via their website...they NEVER contacted me back! No contact to say they couldn't help me, nothing!

Don't waste your time trying to contact them, they don't want your business! Giving them 1 star for lousy customer service!

They showed up on time, and quickly diagnosed the issues with the water heater and replaced it within a couple of hours! Called and booked an appointment a couple of days in advance, could tell that the technician was tired and had been working all day, but was very courtious and had a great attitude! Repeat customer, service is still good from when we used them years prior.

These guys were great! There were several challenges as we were putting a kitchen in to our 115 year old house. They handled every one of them effortlessly and the final bill was much lower than the original estimate. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Very fast service when we needed a water heater replaced. They were upfront and honest over the phone about the price. They arranged to have the Hot Water heater inspected after installation. Service technician was very good about communication in regards to: When they were heading to home, how long the work would take once they arrived and calling to let us know when the work was complete.

We had good 2 go drain and plumbing come out first. Then JCplusplumbing came out and fixed the 3 valves the other guys couldn't.

Mike was extremely professional and fast with his work. I will only request the Mike come for my plumbing again.

My hot water heater stopped working. I started looking around and getting quotes with plumbers to have it repaired or replaced. One of the places I called was JC plus plumbing. I was totally surprised when Joel from JC Pluss plumbing responded right away, and it was a Sunday! He gave me a quote and offered to help me by that Monday. I called several plumbers got several quotes but decided to go with JC plus plumbing because of their fast prompt and friendly response. They did show up Monday and replaced my hot water heater quickly professionally and did an excellent job. Mike was really friendly really nice and really professional I was extremely impressed and pleased with their service I would use them again and I highly recommend their service.

Had a copper pipe that was leaking right by the main. We had AHS warranty and JC Plus Plumbing was assigned. Called JC Plumbing that morning and they were able to come out by the afternoon. Mike was very professional and friendly. I asked a few questions and he was happy to answer them. Once he was done with the job, he cleaned up the area. Overall a very pleasant experience. Would recommend and use them again in the future! Thanks JC Plumbing!

I had a good experience with them before the pandemic start. After pandemic started, I tried using JC plumbing and had very bad experience. I tried to install a vanity. The facet installed was not checked and the plumbing was not adjusted right such that flow of water was completely hindered in Jan 2021. After they left I called to try to get them back in to fix it, they said they'd get back to me. Then in March someone came in for from JC plumbing but they didn't do anything but an inspection. Called them again for the fix and left a voicemail, no reply. Until I called once more after six month of the initial problem they finally picked up and came out to fix the issue they created. Issue resolved, and then I got a bill to charge me extra hours for the issue they had.
Also about the good review - got an email with invoice saying "if you would like to leave anything not 5 star, please contact us", contacted them, and they did not reply. Next time they got smarter, an invoice without the link to ask us to review was sent.
As they obviously do not want to talk about it any more, and decided to just ignore me once more, I can pay for for the problem they created, but others need to know they are not as good as they are rated in the review, at least not any more.

Our water heater would not ignite the day before we were hosting my in-laws. JC Plus called right back, they called when they were gonna be a half hour late, and were very clear about what the problem was. Mike was very fast and courteous. When the part needed wouldn’t fit our hot water heater, Mike make sure we weren’t charged for the time to get the correct part.

Mike also gave clear advice when we asked him about our ability to do a different project ourselves. We will 100% call JC Plus every time we need their services in the future.

JC Plumbing is my Go To Plumber. I feel like I'm a valued customer and we've gotten to know each other over the years. When I call in they fit me right
into the schedule no waiting for weeks. Mike is very
prompt, he knows what he's doing and gets the job done. In and out. I never worry about a big plumbing bill, they are very reasonable and easy to work with. Nice for a change in this world where prices have risen on everything and businesses are taking advantage of their long time customers not with JC they remain tried and true. Like calling a hometown plumber that's there to take care of your
plumbing needs. I have a home warranty that I will not be renewing it's just easier to call JC Plumbing
directly and get the job done quickly.

Completely unprofessional!!! This company was contracted by my Home Warranty company to service a plumbing issue for what is most likely a broken pipe. My Home Warranty company has always been a quick turnaround and any for issues the assigned contractor has always called me back within 2 day, usually within 12 hours. This contractor called me 8 days later! When I finally got a call service was scheduled for the next day (Wednesday) in the afternoon. That Wednesday morning I received a text message saying that my appointment had been changed to Friday. No one called to see if this worked for me, the company just decided to do it on their own. When I spoke to the company they didn't appreciate being told how unprofessional the whole thing was... But if this is how they handle scheduling I damn sure don't want to see how they actually handle a service call.

Mike was so very professional & so Pleasant! He replaced 4 bathroom faucets & our kitchen. I Definitely would asks for him again! Thank You So Much Mike!
