Several people in our Neighborhood Association Facebook Page had recommended Water Treatment Pros and after using them, I can understand why. I had such a wonderful experience. From my first call, you could tell that they cared about customer service and took the time to find out the issues I was experiencing. When the technician came out, he took his time and explained everything that was going on and answered any questions that I had. He even gave me some tips and tricks to use on our Reverse Osmosis System, which he wasn't even there about. The repair took less time than he originally thought it would, so that was great as well. All around, just a great experience and I would highly recommend Water Treatment Pros to anyone looking for plumbing help, water softener help, or reverse osmosis system help.

From start to finish, what a great experience it was working with these professionals! I met the owner Sueann out at the Husker Lawn and Leisure show and caught a good vibe from her about her company. They came out and checked out my existing water softener system that was not working. Their technician Patrick let me know that they could get it up and running again, never trying to upsell me on a new system. They discovered that the hot water was the only source for soft water. They plumbed in the cold water and added a RO system. If you need a water treatment system or have questions about your existing system, give them a call. You won't t regret it!

Water Treatment Pros did a fantastic job installing a reverse osmosis system in my basement utility room. After initial contact, they sent the installer to go over the job and followed up quickly with various quotes. Importantly, they were able to use a special valve under our kitchen sink to either switch on or off the RO with the push of a button to my existing main faucet. The installation went smoothly, everyone was professional and tidy. They ran RO water to my two ice makers and the kitchen faucet. The quality of the RO water is quite stunning, Lincoln doesn't have poor quality water, but the RO water is amazing. I certainly recommend them.
