These guys were seriously awesome. Had our softener break down and spit resin all through the house. Put a request in for service that same night via their website. They reached out the next morning, and had Patrick (their main tech, very knowledgeable and helpful) come out and take the tank away, service and repair, and brought it all back in a very timely manner. Quoted a very fair price which was 100% because they were excellent to work with. Can't recommend them enough, and I'll only be using them moving forward.

As a bonus, Patrick took care of some water filters for a separate faucet, as well as lots of tips and insights to know moving forward.

I would highly recommend Water Treatment Pros for your water softener or purifier project. They were prompt in giving me an estimate & worked around my schedule to install. They explained everything to me & thoroughly cleaned up any small mess created with the install. We have been using Water Treatment Pros for our soft water needs. We have been so pleased with the service. Patrick is very knowledgeable. We have referred a number of friends to them. Patrick can also tell you everything you need to know about installing a R/O system, if that is something you choose to do. They are very good about calling to check if we need salt delivered, show up as scheduled very professional company.

Patrick who came out to assess our needs for water treatment was super nice and helpful. However, unfortunately the company never got back with a quote or a follow up, so it would be hard to trust them on an ongoing basis.

Water Treatment Pros are the best and very knowledgeable.. Our water softener had too much water in the tank and they came out and found that the O-rings were leaking. Patrick & Scott went to several stores and finally found O-rings to fit our softener and came back and fixed our Water Boss softener and tested our water to make sure it was working correctly and that we had soft water again. Patrick installed a water softener system in our new townhome. He went above and beyond in checking our plumbing and being very careful to not ding our walls, etc carrying equipment to the basement. He answered all of our questions professionally and thoroughly. What a difference it has made! Hard water stains were beginning to settle in our new sinks, showers and appliances. Our clothes and sheets were hard; our skin and hair felt dry and crunchy. Since the installation there have been no more hard water stains and everything feels softer. This is a new company full of experienced professionals! Highly recommended!

We have a rural, farm well water system, and we rely exclusively on the services Pat and his team provide to our family. It's very unusual to find a company with such attention to a customer. I like to do repairs myself. They where extremely helpful getting our soft water conditioner back to like new condition! I highly recommend this team of experts!
