I had 2 great experiences working with Water Treatment Pros in the past 3 years. The first was to help with filter replacement of the water purifier and in the last couple weeks to repair a leak in my water softener. They are very good in explaining what the problem is and how they will fix it. They are always on time and helpful in explaining the situation to non professionals. I’m very pleased with their service.

We had a great experience having Water Treatment Pros replace our RO system filters, and they also replaced a refurbished system that another local company installed poorly. I would definitely recommend, and I am happy to have a new plan for annual filter changes.

Great company. They come once a year, change filters and look everything over. This year our water softener had some issues. But instead of selling us a new one they fixed the one we have for a fraction of the cost.

We have used joe for many years. Always great quality work

I had Joe work on repairing my bathtub sprout and stop it from leaking. He came and did the did the work. However I had concerns regarding the work and called and texted him several times over a 2 week period. He did not respond at all. The sprout was not put on correctly, and it has been dripping water since. And if I every now and then when I turn on the faucets in my tub the water comes out red.
I don't like giving bad reviews to local companies as I try to support them. I will NEVER use this guy again. -TC.

Joe has assisted my contractor with the remodel of my kitchen and bathroom. He did a great job with both. I have had him come back on a couple of occasions to do repairs. He has been on time and charged reasonable for the work

He was responsive. Diagnosis left something to be desired and was a quick silicone job around a shower faucet where you really should not need any. He said if that doesn't work, we'll have cut up the ceiling and see if we can see anything. $60.00 for a little silicone and an hour of his time, I guess is OK. This guy used to be hands down the best! Let the buyer beware...

Hired him to replace the toilet seal. Found out 3 weeks later he just tightened the toilet down and had water pouring into our basement. He refused to answer his phone, so had to hire another plumber to do the same job. He still refuses to answer or refund for the work he didn't do. Joe is a scammer.

I had some concerns about my water bill being so high, the water company mentioned it was likely due to some leaky faucets. I contacted Folmer Service because I knew my tub was leaking. While they were here working on the tub they noticed my toilet was running (or tank was filling up) and checked on the reason. Turns out that was another reason for a leak and likely a high water bill. Thank you Folmer Service for locating the issue and taking initiative to fix the problem.

Buckley & Sitzman LLP has finally found a plumbing service company we can trust completely! The gentleman explained the issues with our public restroom in terms I could understand, showed me the problematic parts, and outlined my options without any pressure. The estimate was fair and there were no surprise costs when I reviewed the work at completion.
He completed the work faster than expected and even took care of a minor issue at no extra charge. It's refreshing to find such honest, skilled, and customer-focused service in the Plumbing industry!
