Lowe's and Home Depot might beat them on price by a few bucks, but they can't touch the helpfulness or customer service provided by the staff here. It MORE than makes up for any price difference. Shop local, it matters!

I recently went in to order several things for a bath remodel. Each salesperson was knowledgeable, curious and very patient withy many questions. We ordered a vanity,shower door and shower base. So far it's been a zing

I have shopped at this store since 1980 and have done many home improvement projects with their help. This particular trip was an Onyx vanity top for a bathroom upgrade. Stellar service as always.

Staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. They make sure you get all the little parts so that you don't need to make several trips to the hardware store when installing. My only complaint is their website isn't really helpful.

Came in to look at kitchen faucets. Felt very unwelcome right from the start because we interrupted their cleaning. Got told they would charge more for special orders and they are more expensive right from the start. I felt like they they just wanted us to leave the store. Thank you for letting me know NOT to come back there for my remodeling needs.

In response, I wasn't looking for something special order. I was looking for a faucet to put in my sink that night. It's ok I went ahead and ordered one from another place.

They got me exactly what I needed for my Moen kitchen faucet repair and I enjoyed the friendly, helpful service of the older gentleman that took care of me. Nice to see a business that cares about their customers and greets them with a friendly smile and some laughs.

Your service was great and the ideas your people offered, as well as a selection, was really nice. Unfortunately, I can’t wait three weeks for standard Moen faucets for sinks and showers to come in, when I can go to Home Depot and same exact is in stock (or order it on Amazon it’s at my door in under 48 hours).
Trying to buy local, but just can’t when your store takes weeks vs hours...

We went in today on the recommendation of our bathroom contractor. Lovely showroom. However, no one greeted us, they were not busy. We were there at least 20 minutes looking. Another couple had to go up to the desk and ask for assistance, we saw them later at another store and they also weren't impressed by the service. Lincoln has a mask mandate in stores and we prefer to shop where businesses care about their customers' safety. No employees wore masks, except one employee put one on when she went to help an elderly couple. Sorry to see this, as local business owners ourselves, we like to support local businesses and we don't like to leave poor reviews.
