I stumbled across this place looking for a specific Moen faucet part and they had it!! They spent extra time finding it. The service was amazing!!

I was caught over a weekend needing some fairly specific parts. Nowhere in town had them. On Monday I came here and it was right on the shelf. Their customer service made everywhere else I'd been look like idiots.

Every time I stop there customer service is as it used to be! Friendly helpful educated in what they do for a living. Truly wanting to make your day better! These guys are top notch!

I have never been treated so rudely in my life. If for some ungodly reason you decide to burden yourself with a trip to their location, make sure you keep your "f***ing" receipt as the lady claiming to be the owner put it. I could tell you the whole story but if you go there you will have one of your own. Buyer beware.

Great place and great people! knowledgeable bunch with a ton of combined experience on the field, as a plumber for D&D plumbing and heating we use them for commercial and residential projects, they always have the parts you need and if they dont they will get them in for you, highly recommend these guys!

I have never been failed when I go to Kiners. Its like Menards but the people who work they're know what they are talking about. Always hot coffee brewing when you walk in. In my 25 years in the plumbing Industry I would never get my parts anywhere else.
