Incredibly kind and helpful. Needed a valve stem assembly for my spigot from a very old spigot and they were able to match the part, saved my day and my water bill

My first time to this place, and after running around to all the big box stores and having no luck, I looked online for local plumbing stores.. this is now the only place I will go. Found what I needed and friendly staff.

I went in here after being referred from Home Depot and I was met with the most knowledgeable and kind people who helped me find exactly what I needed and fix a problem in minutes that I'd been trying to fix for weeks.

Kiner supply is a great company to work with. We constantly use them for plumbing supplies and they have the quickest delivery on orders in town. Very knowledgeable and quick to help out where they can.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. They have everything that you could ever need for your plumbing repairs including parts that the regular hardware stores don’t carry. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Both times I went there they helped me figure out exactly what I needed and clearly explained the how-tos for the repairs I was working on.

I went in to either get parts for stems for a real old bathtub faucet or even just buy new stems. New stems was not an option so they found the parts needed to get the old stems working. They didn't stop there. They installed the parts and greased a moving part to make sure it turned better. All this for a couple of dollars for the parts. This is how you treat customers regardless of how big the account.

Absolutely fantastic folks - they had the exact kit I needed for my 40+ year old bathtub faucets and they showed me how to replace it.

I came in on a Tuesday late in the afternoon and their "expert" was already gone for the day. I encountered a retired plumber who was there placing an order and between him and another gentleman who worked there they were able to find the parts that I needed for old plumbing in my house! I won't be wasting my time anymore at big box stores who don't carry any of the parts that I need!

Winnelson told me to go to Kiners. He thought they would have the part I needed to shower valve. The guys there were very helpful and kind. Would definitely go back there!

My new go to plumbing supply! Great customer service and the old style small business approach. They know the plumbing business, all the brands and the multitude of parts for each brand. Unlike the big box stores or the chain hardware suppliers; they understand how to get the customer what they really need.

I needed repair parts for a Gerber shower faucet. With a portion of the old valve in hand; I I felt I knew what I needed. The gentleman that assisted me, asked a couple of questions and identified I was going to need an entirely different part. Not trying to sell me additional parts but insuring I left with correct part.

These guys are amazing! Our faucet completely broke down on us. These guys got us the new parts and explained how to fix the many problems we were facing. Love the small business approach and the one on one communication we received! Got the whole system back together and all the problems solved in less than 30 minutes. Absolutely fantastic! Highly recommended to anyone, whether you know what you're doing or are a novice like me!

I went to every other store looking for a part for a shower tub faucet and was sold the wrong thing twice. After reading the reviews for Kiner I went to them the next day and they had exactly what I needed. They are the best plumbing supplier by far. Excellent customer service.

The copper water line behind our new refrigerator was leaking. We accidentally crashed their holiday party. But they were able to get me the part that needed to fix my problem, even gave me great advice on how to install the new part. Merry Christmas to the Kiner staff

I was needing a part for my bathtub that was no longer made. Instead of turning me away, they took a lot of time to figure out what would be the best solution. They sent me away with the right screws, and materials to make it work. Amazing experience!

Bob fuller got angry at me because I asked him to legibly print his name on my bills he got so mad he took off on his fork truck while I was standing next to it he could have ran my foot over he need to calm down and do his job a little better
