Relax pools replaced my pool liner this year and it looks incredible! The installation crew was knowledgeable and friendly. Andrew, the owner, was easy to work with and fair in his pricing. Ashley, in their retail store, is very experienced and always helpful with any pool related questions. I would certainly recommend them!

As a result of our in-ground pool installer severing our relationship for on-going cleaning services, we found ourselves in a predicament as this known installer couldn’t balance the chemicals in our pool which compromised our ability to use the pool for at least 4 weeks in our 1st season, not to mention closing it sooner than expected. After interviewing a half dozen established pool services, Andrew Berscheid w/ Relax Pools quickly rose to the top as he didn’t shy away from our dilemma (unbalanced chemicals w/ pink slime) and accepted the challenge of taking control of a pool not installed by his company with the full intent of giving back to us a pool that we could once again RELAX and enjoy with family and friends.

Andrew quickly assessed our situation, corrected some workmanship related issues from the previous pool company and made recommendations that would put us on a path of success. After removing pieces of specialized pool equipment that were designed more for a commercial pool and rerouting our backwash process, Andrew and Tyler quickly gained control of the pool’s cleanliness and balanced the pool’s chemicals accordingly. Since partnering with Relax Pools (now going on our 2nd season), we’ve not been in a situation where we couldn’t use our pool due to it being unsafe to use. In fact, our pool once again is as crystal clear as it was when we opened the pool for the very 1st time.

Both Andrew and Tyler are no no-sense kind of guys who truly want nothing more than their customers to be happy while RELAXING in one’s pool. My wife and I truly appreciate Relax Pool’s commitment toward us as their customers, not to mention their professionalism, and we TRUST them dearly while thanking them for restoring our faith in owning a pool. There’s nothing more refreshing than to have service people doing exactly what they say will do, you won’t be disappointed in Relax Pool’s “can do” attitude. Relax Pools was literally the best experience we've ever had with a contractor. You hear so many horror stories about poll installations, but we did not experience a single issue working with Andrew and his team. Our pool was installed in the quoted time (would have been ahead of schedule if the weather had cooperated better), and we came in on budget! When we had questions or wished to make small adjustments, the team was helpful and flexible. The owner, Andrew, places a high value on integrity, which you can see throughout everything he does and all who work for him. The build manager, Micah, communicated with us constantly and our build crew (Nick, Brandon, and Logan) were a pleasure to see daily. They not only maintained professionalism and respect for our property, but also for our neighbors impacted by a major construction project. They never left for the day without us knowing exactly what was coming next. They handled all the permits, inspections, sub-contractors (electric, plumbing/gas, and concrete). We just got to sit back and watch the process unfold! Our new pool is fantastic! We have also had the pleasure of working with Ashley, manager of their retail store, who was beyond helpful as we are still learning the chemistry and maintenance. Relax Pools is absolute class from top to bottom. Andrew has built an incredible culture and he and his team go above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience starting with the initial bid process. Their customer-first approach to doing business doesn't end when your build is complete. The retail, service and maintenance teams are always willing to educate customers and ensure a top-notch and stress-free pool ownership experience. I can't recommend this company enough!

Andrew and team did a great job with our pool. Andrew listened to our ideas and came up with a design and the best package of features. We love the final product. They have been servicing the pool for one year and it has been outstanding.

After a bad experience with my old pool company, I started using these guys a couple years back — best move I made! They actually show up, do great work, and the pool’s always in good shape.

We had our pool built last spring and I can’t express enough on how Andrew and his whole team have made this experience painless. Brook was amazing in helping out with all the options and procurement of materials and dealing with vendors, thank you Brook. Ashley is probably the best pool chemist in the area she makes it super easy to get your water ready for the year. Also Andrew and his entire build team were so nice to work with, these guys always do what they say and show up on time and on schedule. Was impressed with James and the professionalism and knowledge of explaining the process of getting my roof done. He was patient, knowledgeable and very good at listening to my concerns and telling me what to expect.

The whole crew from initial call to the final walk through was amazing! Very helpful and always willing to answer questions. We were concerned for our yard with two dogs but Ramiro assured us his crew would do everything possible to keep the yard clean. The day they started it was incredibly windy so keeping the materials corralled was not possible. However the crew walked the entire yard and a few feet into the wooded area behind us. AJ swept the yard with the magnet and then the crew spot swept the yard with their flashlights after dark. We found only TWO after it was all said and done. They had pride in how they left the property. Highly recommend!! As an aside, for your own sanity, board your dogs if possible!

We had a great experience with Innovative Roofing. Ramiro was incredibly patient with me during our initial consultation- I had a lot of questions as a first timer for a roof replacement. He delivered a very detailed quote with multiple options so we were able to get what we wanted within our budget. All communications/scheduling were smooth and easy, and the roof was brand new in less 72 hours from material delivery to clean up. These guys really do great work and made us feel at ease through a new process, I can’t thank them enough for the confidence we have in our new roof!

Ramiro came and did an inspection on my roof and did a great job after the roof replacement was completed.

I called them when I noticed some hail damage on the vents on my roof. Guy came out from Innovative and looked at everything and said I had roof damage on 3 of the 4 slopes. I put in an insurance claim and adjuster came out, as did the Innovative roof representative again. They were both on the roof for a while and the Innovative roof rep came down, got into his truck and left. Never heard from him again. Insurance adjuster said there was NO damage to roof. I do not know if insurance adjuster was lying or Innovative roof representative, but since he literally left without saying I word, I'm guessing the latter.

The good—
Crew was very respectful and thoughtful, professional in all aspects. Very deliberate in clean up, outstanding.
The bad (which greatly outweighed the good)—
From beginning to end, from initial inspection to price quote to actual completion, it’s a complete shell game. First, you won’t see the estimate. Instead they will want to meet with your insurance company adjuster. I understand this is part of process, and it’s standard procedure so that roofing company doesn’t underbid a job. It’s still feels shady. And this company takes it to the nth degree.
More part of the shell game, questions about quote (when you’re finally able to see it) are moving figures around, putting amounts in different categories, leaving you completely confused—that’s the point, and they are very good at it.
You’ll spend a great deal of time calling them for updates and wonder if you’re being told the truth “Did you submit the paperwork to insurer? Yes I did..” even though you know they didn’t because you just talked to insurer.
It’s all about trust. In the end you’ll feel cheated. BUT you needed a roof.
Ever buy a new car? THAT’s what this feels like. It doesn’t have to be this way.
