Constraction reviews in Omaha, Nebraska

Devin was very helpful and able to answer all questions I had with how the process goes for roofing repairs. Good customer service is hard to come by these days it seems, if you want professional , ask for Devin!

Freddy Ayon inspected my roof from recent storms in Fremont. No damage was found but he was very detailed in the inspection process. Will call again if needed. Thanks Freddy and Innovative Team.

Great company fast working great quality very happy they took the old roof off and install the new roof in one day

We had water coming in near our chimney. Innovation Roofing answered my phone call and were at my house the next day to assess the issue. They examined the attic and the roof and quickly identified the problem. They worked with us to schedule a date for repairs and took pictures of the improvements. They provided excellent customer service and I am confident they did a high quality job. I will definitely use Innovative Roofing going forward and will recommend to my family and friends.

I don’t leave reviews unless I mean it. Devin was very professional and knew his stuff. I didn’t feel like he was trying to scam me and cared about making sure I understood the process all the way through and answered any questions I had!

This company is great to work with. They are quick, professional and have true integrity. I especially enjoyed working with Jesus. Although he does the sales, you can tell he's not trying to push it on you. He wants what is best for your home (or business) and takes the pressure off of making such a big decision. Then he follows up to make sure the roofers and the customer are on the same page. I would definitely recommend these guys!

I have known Jose for 20+ years and he is the most kind and honest salesman I know. He will work hard for you.
Jose is very easy to talk with and his attention to detail is exceptional!!!

Provided excellent guidence and assisted with insurance adjuster visit and step by step process. New roof is installed....zero issues. Will absolutley recommend to anyone who ever asks me for advice on a roofing company. Thank you AJ and Innovative Roofing!!

Great experience. They replaced our roof/gutters after the hailstorm. Alex was amazing... professional and friendly. The crew did a great job. Scheduling the work was quick and easy and they gave reminders and updates. I would highly recommend!'

Not normally one to leave reviews, but my whole experience was great start to finish. Alex listened carefully to my needs and provided excellent service. Ask for Alex if you need roofing done.

We contacted two other places to install a chimney cap, but never heard back from either. After a few months with no updates, we found Innovative Roofing & contacted Freddy. He came out right away and looked & measured it. He had to place an order for one to be made, & after about a week, it came in & was installed right away. They did a wonderful job, & it looks great! Freddy was very professional & courteous, & always kept us updated; he didn't forget about us! I would recommend him & his company to anyone with roofing needs!

Amazing service and communication. Super fast and efficient. This guys did and outstanding job. Thanks Ramiro, Osvaldo, Jesus and the rest of the crew.

Had an amazing experience with them. Have a safe roof now to help protect myself and family. James was very respectful and helpful and answered questions to the best of his knowledge and ability. No complaints at all.

I am currently working with innovative roofing for some storm damage. They have been nothing short of amazing! Crews are wonderful. Customer support from Billy has been great! It is clear innovative roofing cares about all steps in the process. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They did a great job working with our tight time lines on two different homes for us. They also listened to our concerns about our old roof and helped our new roof meet our unique needs. Most of all they treated us like family and even helped us welcome our newborn. We really appreciate all the work they did. Thank you Alex, Ramiro, and the Innovative team!

Freddy was a huge help throughout the entire roofing process. He was knowledgeable, patient, and had answers to all my questions. It's clear he knows his stuff and genuinely cares about helping customers. I felt confident in the decisions I was making thanks to his guidance. Highly recommend working with Freddy and the team!

I can’t say enough great things about Alex. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made a lasting impression. Whether it was handling challenges with ease, communicating clearly, or just showing up with a great attitude every single time — Alex delivered far beyond expectations. It’s rare to find someone so capable and dependable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alex to anyone looking for top-tier work and character. 5 stars without a doubt!

Innovative Roofing is very honest, diligent, and quick with all their work! They came to my property and not only educated me on the process but handled my claim with the insurance adjuster. They simply took care of me. Recommend them to everyone! Hard to find a honest company that does work in a timely manner, look no further!

Freddy, Yul and Jaythan were just at my home to look into a possible leak issue. I am fully comfortable with the outcome and have chosen to purchase additional service from Innovative Roofing because of the good will generated during the visit. Very enjoyable. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and not at all salesy. This is much appreciated! We are confident in the recommendation and look forward to having the nail pops handled such that we no longer have to worry about the roof. Thank you!

I've had great experiences with Freddy from start to finish. I had them replace my roof last year, and recently had a concern come up with my roof after a heavy rain. I called their office on a Friday, and as of today (Monday) Freddy and Ernesto came out to address my concerns after inspecting my roof. Great company with great people!

Was looking for a roofing near my house and found innovative roofing, they did a great repair on my commercial roof and definitely going to call them again for my residential homes as well. Thank you team innovative.
