Andrew built my pool 17 years ago while working for another pool company and he was in charge of construction. When Andy opened his own company (Relax) I followed. Always honest and helpful and his people exhibit the same qualities. I recommend Relax to all friends and fellow pool owners. Brandon and his team at Relax Pools saved our pool project (and our sanity) from two local companies. We had safety concerns, poor workmanship and lack of progress from our first builder forcing us to seek another. Builder two promised us the world but severely lacked follow through. It was very difficult trying to find a builder who would take on another's work and near impossible trying to find one that would come in following two failed builders. However, Brandon stepped up to the challenge and far exceeded our expectations. He was honest, provided fair pricing, and was incredibly patient with our endless questions. He never once tried selling us something we didn't need and actually helped us find more cost-effective alternatives so we can enjoy the limited time we had left of this past pool season. After 15 incredibly long and mentally/emotionally draining months, we were finally able to enjoy our pool. Relax Pools turned our dream project into a reality. We have peace of mind knowing our pool is built correctly. We would 110% recommend Relax Pools.

Relax Pools saved our backyard and home. We had another contractor promise us the world and under the price of others having a good reputation and 30 years experience we accepted. He bailed less than half way through the project, leaving a pool sized hole in our back yard. No other contractors would take on the project that someone else had started. But Andrew did, he alone said it wasn't right what the other contractor did and he stepped up to the job. He was up front and honest about each step of the project and gave a very fair bid. We went through a year and a half of a thrashed back yard, and Relaxed pools came in and repaired our pool in a month, up and running. When issues arose, Andrew was honest and quick to help. We are so grateful for Relax pools!

Relax Pools are very professional and experienced. They stand behind their work and the owner is not happy unless you the customer is happy. I had an issue and he personally called me and took care of it. Their service team that comes out to the pool are very good. I would recommend them.

Relax Pools recently replaced my pool liner. They did an amazing job. Brooke provided timely updates and kept me informed of what work would be done. Kyle replaced my pool liner perfectly and answered all questions perfectly. Ashley helped with chemical testing to get our pool where it needs to be. We were on a tight timeline (due to kid birthday parties) and Relax Pools did an amazing job coordinating and communicating with me. They will be my go to company going forward.

We contacted Relax Pools to do our pool opening and asked for the green to clean service. From the day we contacted Relax Pools to today, the communication has been excellent. John came out to do our initial opening, he was very professional and very patient with all of our questions. Austin has been my main contact and has been the one to come out to clean our pool. I have learned so much from them and I can tell they love what they do and truly care about the customer experience. My dolphin wasn’t working and I took it in to Relax Pools to get it fixed. Ashley evaluated the dolphin within a day and let me know what the issue was. The part was going to take 2 weeks to come in. I told Ashley that we had a huge graduation party in a week and we needed our pool to look good. She said need wanted to try to come up with a solution and would call me back. She called me back quickly and said she had a solution to fix my dolphin that day. I was able to pick it up within an hour. Her customer service was above and beyond and I really appreciated the service!!!! I highly recommend Relax.
