Aaron and his team did a great job installing a French drainage system in my backyard. Aaron was very thorough explaining the process to me at estimate time and again day of work. His team did an excellent job and left my lawn in good shape. I would definitely recommend them.

Ideal Renovations did some concrete work for us to help us waterproof our basement. They weren't booked out super far in advance like most in town (i.e. Jerrys and Thrasher). They came by to give us an estimate and then were on our property within 2-3 weeks to get started. They worked fast and efficiently. They showed up on time and early every morning. They responded with "yes sir/ma'am" to all of our requests and they did a wonderful job. They even guaranteed their work, saying that if it didnt stop the water problem that they'd keep working with us until they did. But thankfully the work they did solved all of our issues and at a very affordable price. I'd highly recommend them. Very professional and very good at what they do.

Ideal Renovations did work on our backyard a few years ago. Our backyard is a sloping hill with major drainage issues causing our back yard and window wells to flood and completely fill with water. They installed a dry creek with several drains in the yard. Since work has been completed, we haven't had an issue. It has weathered many storms. Quality is top notch. If an issue ever arises again, we won't hesitate to call!

Had work done by them. Still having water coming in the basement. Looks like they didn’t seal the black plastic around the outside. You can literally see gaps. Then they didn’t put my stairs correctly after they removed them.
They also need to contact Habitat since they were contracted thru them..

Aaron and his guys did a fantastic job with putting in our french drains and running the line out to our curb. They even offered to hook up our garage downspout based off a question I had the day of and it was out of scope.

Aaron just focuses on doing a good job at a reasonable rate for the service and making sure you are happy with the work. Highly recommend.

Aaron and his crew came out to fix a drainage issue on my detached garage. They were able to place drains the fix the situation and repair the rotten framing in a timely manner. A year later the building is totally dry even after heavy rains. Highly recommend them for any drainage work needed.

Ideal Renovations is exceptional! We had storm damage to our roof and siding, and they were prompt, courteous, professional and made me feel at ease considering it was such a big project! The owner, Aaron, was on-site each day making sure everything was perfect! His crew members were very polite and worked hard each day until the project was complete. They finished before the scheduled date, and we couldn't be happier! We are going to have them install a new concrete patio next week! Highly recommend!!!

This review is long overdue. Aaron provided a bid to fix a retaining wall that had been poorly installed by another group. He was able to give a fair estimate and reuse most of the existing materials. Ideal Renovations is professional, fair and a great company to do business with!

Aaron and his team did an amazing job on our retaining wall. The wall looks perfect - even better than we expected - and his crew cleaned up incredibly well. Aaron worked well with another contractor (tree removal), even offering to correct that contractor’s mistakes, at no additional cost, to get the job done faster. He was flexible with us, extremely responsive (probably the most responsive contractor I’ve ever worked with), and just a pleasure to deal with. My wife and I will definitely be using Ideal Renovations for future projects.

The non English speaking boys come into my locked back yard starts digging up and installing a big green thing tearing out my... tree a tore up the yard no explanation and now my internet service is messed up my phone isn't working like it did before. You all can pay my bill .disgusting way of getting what you want.

I didn’t hire them but they came and did work on a main access power pole in my yard. Left the work unfinished, left a big hole in the yard and broke my fence. It’s been like that since November. I talked to the supervisor, Bill Hill, almost 3 weeks ago and he said they would get things fixed that week. They never came. I haven’t been able to get ahold of him since then. And he isn’t returning my calls.

They are the general contractors stringing underground fiber lines for CenturyLink. This started in November 2018. All up and down my street they have dug holes in the lawns and sunk large boxes the size of copy machines. In doing so they cut my sprinkler system line and have had no progress with the project. What a disaster. I did hear Mike Miller would be a contact there - 681-7030, but my next contact is with the BBB, Mayor's Hotline and Seven Can Help.

Before getting rid of a sub make sure you know the good before the bad bc you sure did some damage. How is that jet you fly on well you forgot men sometimes have tempers but he meant well, you know who I mean. I’ll give you a 2 only because the ones in the trucks not the jet are awesome. However, the owner; put your pride down and recognize hard work. We need him
