Highly recommend! They painted my house, stained my deck and replaced my window screens due to hail damage. They are very friendly, do quality work and their prices are highly competitive.
They did such a great job on my house several neighbors hired them too.

Pat is awesome to work with. He communicated well the whole time he was installing our new roof, gutters, soffit, fascia and siding. His prices were very reasonable. I will be using him anytime I need work done. I recommend Hi-Grade Exteriors.

I hired Hi-Grade Exteriors in 2020 after the Derecho did some damage to my property. I could not be any happier!! Hi-Grade Exteriors is a professional company with top notch service. After its all said and done we lived with the crew for about 2 month remodeling windows, tile, siding, carpet, plumbing, and soon hardwood flooring. Hi-Grade (Pat, Wayne & Crew) respects your privacy, quality/workmanship you expect, and cost. Hi-Grade was there rain or shine @ 7:30 sharp every single day…..Impressive. Pat is very professional and when you call he answers and shtuff gets done the next day, no hassle. My wife and I are more than pleased with Hi-Grade and will use them on future projects. Pat and his crew were fantastic! Very friendly and helpful. His sister has a great eye for color and helped out immensely in choosing the correct color coordination. And Pat even came out a year later to fix a messed up screen, plus 11/2 years later to paint our new garage doors that we were finally able to get installed. Thanks so much! We had Pat Tierney and Hi-Grade Exteriors install gutters in June 2021 and are taking bids to replace our “new” gutters in March 2022! Our gutters need to be replaced because when it rains, water literally pours over the gutters and miters, and the miters leak for days after. We want to avoid foundation damage and water issues in the basement. We gave Pat the opportunity to make it right but it ultimately resulted in him attacking our integrity and character. On top of the poor workmanship, the customer service is bad, too. We had to beg Pat to come do the warranty work and after a few attempts to apply Band-Aid fixes we found out the entire job was not salvageable. Save yourself the headaches and choose any other company for your gutters. We DO NOT recommend Pat and Hi-Grade Exteriors.

Update: As a result of poor installation and Pat not honoring his warranty, we had to have our “new” gutters completely replaced in April 2022. We were appalled to see that Tierney didn't remove the old caulk but just put the gutter sealant over it. Pat Tierney is incompetent, I would not trust him and he does not honor his warranty.

Update: After many attempts to reach out to Tierney we contacted the State Attorneys General Office in the hope of reaching a settlement. Tierney made an offer which was clearly unacceptable. He wanted us to make concessions and gave us nothing in return. We countered with a reasonable offer and never heard back from him. This clearly shows what kind of business ethics he has. Do not hire Tierney and Hi-Grade Exteriors!

Pat and his team replaced our siding and gutters following the 2023 hailstorm in Fremont. Pat was incredibly patient with my endless questions throughout the process. During the project, he and his team also improved the structure of our garage and re-routed downspouts to ensure proper water drainage.

We did experience a small hiccup with our exterior kitchen exhaust fan, but Pat made sure it was resolved correctly. Our home sustained hail damage again in 2025, on two separate occasions, and we’ve continued to trust Pat and his team for our repairs. Their quality of work and commitment to customer satisfaction keep us coming back.
