We had a severe storm on Tuesday. If you have storm damage on your siding, roof, or gutters do not use Hi-Grade Exteriors and Pat Tierney to make repairs. You will have bigger problems than what you started with. I learned from experience! He will not honor his warranty and he will blame you for all of his screw-ups. For proof see Hi-Grade Exteriors business response on his BBB page and for pictures see James below on this page. His work is shoddy and Tierney is unprofessional. Do not hire him and Hi-Grade Exteriors!

Update: I am still waiting for Tierney of Hi-Grade Exteriors to return my call about honoring his warranty on my gutters. The quality of his work is poor, he does not honor his warranty, and he does not return calls. If he worried about the quality of his work half as much as he does his Facebook page he would be more successful. Also, I ran into a lot of people at holiday parties and showed them the pictures and videos of my gutters installed by Tierney and Hi-Grade Exteriors. Believe my they were not impressed

Update: I reached out to the State Attorney Gernerals office hoping to negotiate a settlement with Hi-Grade Exteriors and Tierney. Tierney would not negotiate in good faith, made unreasonable demands, and continued to blame me for his shoddy work and said I do not have a warranty. I countered with some suggestions but never heard back from him. I am writing this update to prevent people from hiring him and getting ripped off like he ripped me off. Do not hire Hi-Grade Exteriors and Tierney! Save yourself the headache!

Update: Lots of storm damage in the Omaha area! Do not hire Hi-Grade Exteriors and Pat Tierney for any repairs on your house.
They do shoddy work and don't stand behind their warranty. They will not return your calls. They are not qualified for any job! Save yourself time and trouble, do your research and hire a reputable company! See photos below under James Benes!

Hi-Grade Exteriors has done several projects for us, several fences, painting, and interior work for the Assisted Living I worked for. The work is always done neatly and professionally! Pat and the guys are always a pleasure to work with!

I highly recommend this company. They replaced the old beat up siding on my house and garage and WOW what a difference. The work was done in a timely and professional manner and the workers are easy to communicate with. I was excited to hear they do gutters as well and I will be contacting them again when those need to be replaced. 👍

Hi-Grade Exteriors is the worst! They installed new siding and gutters on my parent’s house last fall. The entire job was a disaster from the beginning. The siding looks awful with nails showing everywhere. The gutters were even worse. They leaked right away and instead of honoring their warranty Hi-Grade Exteriors made excuses and tried to apply bandaid fixes. My parents ended up having their gutters replaced in the spring, less than six months later. Pat has been a nightmare. Instead of being professional and ensuring quality craftsmanship he blocked my parents and refuses to work with them to correct the situation. Look for any other company to do exterior work than Hi-Grade Exteriors.

Hi-Grade Exteriors and their team did a wonderful job fixing a gutter that was damaged when a tree fell and tore it off my garage. You can’t even tell the damage ever happened! The men are very kind and respectful and did a wonderful job. I will definitely be using this company for my future projects!

My house needed a lot of work. It was basically a “flip” house. High grade Exteriors were out there almost every single day and for many hours knocking everything out that needed to be done. Between removing carpet, painting, redoing the entire bathroom, new ceiling and multiple other jobs. I would highly recommend. Pat Tierney and his crew with Hi-Grade Exteriors did some Amazing work on my house! They really went out of their way to get the roof and metals done. They even went out of their way to get the supplies when they werent readily available and still got the job done is a very professional and timely manner. Our metal and gutter color was not available anymore but they did an amazing job helping us find one that would look just as great on the house and that matched the bricks. The company was very responsive to our needs and wants with no hassles. They are all very friendly, professional and hardworking and got the job done with a very high quality outcome! I would recomend them to anyone needing work done whether it is from storm damage to wanting a fresh new look! They will definetely be my first and only call for the rest of my work coming up!

We have used Hi-Grade Exteriors for a number of projects at Trinity Lutheran Church in Omaha. The crew is always on-time, professional and they stay within the limitations of our budget. We are most proud of the renovation of the chapel they completed that was no small job. Most recently they installed new gutters on the parsonage house. They did a really great job in removing a downspout that was creating water issues and rerouting the gutter to another downspout. That is not easy work! Pat has great integrity and is a very responsive and honest owner. He has also done jobs for many of our congregation members. I would highly recommend them to anyone. He is trustworthy, fair, capable and honest. The crew is friendly, caring and a pleasure to have on any job site. Thank you team for exceeding our expectations time and time again!

Loved working with this company! They have done siding and painting at my house and it was great! Pat and his crew came to paint my house and as they were preparing everything they found a few issues here and there and helped me repair them and then did a quality paint job. Since then they have helped my parents with there siding issues and gutter issues and have been professionally and amazing to work with. Over 40 years I’ve owned three houses. I’ve had to work with a lot of insurance companies and contractors over that time. Never, in all that time, have I ever worked with a contractor/company as exceptional as Pat and Hi-Grade Exteriors.

Working with him felt more like having an uncle “in the business” than we all always wish we had. He was professional, fast, friendly, advised me, and really removed all of the frustration and burden off of me.
