Our Experience was great from the beginning when they helped us with updates to remodel our kitchen. They gave us better ideas then we presented and stayed well within our budget. We were referred by a friend and were pleased with their professionalism and craftsmanship. The sad part is their reviews were not all good but we went with our feelings on how they presented themselves. We love their work prior, felt listened to during the process, appreciated how clean they kept our project and we will use them again!

Roof started leaking this spring due to some storms last summer. Total sent out a team to do a temporary tarp until insurance could be dealt with. Did my claim on a Friday and had a new roof by Tuesday! Very impressed on the time it took to get everything handled. Total even helped me through the entire process to make sure I was taken care of. Had them back out a few weeks later to install new gutters as well. They look and work great! Highly recommend Total for all your construction needs!

Working with Total Construction Services was a great experience for us. Friendly people from the minute we called in to get an estimate. All through the project we were having done there was great communication between everyone involved. I am very pleased with the services we received. When we do our remodeling of our basement they will be the first on my list to call. I would recommend them to all our family and friends.

Total Construction put new gutters on my home. They did an awesome job and took care of it in one afternoon. They had a machine that made the gutters right there in my back yard. As I had already purchased new gutter guards to install myself, the crew went ahead and did the installation for me. Work was efficiently completed and the workers were very courteous. Thanks Total Construction! Would definitely use them again and refer my friends.

These guys don't mess around. I called on a Thursday to discuss my plans. Kevin was walking through my project less than 24 hours later. He took the time to understand our complex needs, as the project needed to be in compliance with DHHS. Total Construction secured our permit, and delivered a BEAUTIFUL finished product within a week of our initial agreement. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Total Construction and we look forward to doing business with them again in the near future.

We have been using Total Construction Services for years now and love all the work they have done. Every job, whether it was our roof, garage doors, siding, or gutters, was done quickly and promptly with no inconveniences. The service was friendly and worked diligently until each task was completed. After the job was done all of our questions were answered and there was no mess to worry about. I would give 6 stars if I could! It is rare to find a company that is so responsive and provides the quality that Total Construction does. This was my first time using the company and they performed flawlessly. They did a wall repair in my garage that I needed done quickly. Keith arrived on time and completed the task faster than expected. The wall looks perfect and he even cleaned everything up afterwards. The owner called me to follow up and insure that everything was done to my satisfaction. Excellent quality and fast service! I highly recommend them!

I had the great pleasure of working with Total Construction Services after suffering from a large hail storm. They are a preferred contractor for Nationwide Insurance who sets very high standards to become a partner with them. They did quality work that is also covered by a great warranty. Ricky and Kevin were very professional and knowledgeable. No hardball selling, catching problems that other contractors never caught. They went above and beyond with service, product and workmanship. I would highly recommend using their company that provides fast quality service. Their office staff was awesome to work with as well. Great people to work with.

We added a master suite to the back of our house this past summer and we did most of the work ourselves. When we got to the point of joining the new roof to the existing roof , I was concerned about opening up the old roof and being exposed to the weather, (tons of rain in July /August). I
have done a lot of remodeling but had never joined two roofs with a different pitch. I Called Total Construction and on very short notice they got a crew together of two guys that knew how to do this and they did a terrific job. The price was very reasonable and I enjoyed working with the two very nice guys they sent.

I read some of the other reviews of this site, and I gotta tell you, in some cases, it sounds like you expect a company to wait on you like you are their only customer. If they do quality work and live up to their price quote and you can contact them when you have a question. That's a good company in my book. If you've managed lots of employees like I have, you know unexpected things are going to happen. Give good people a break and don't be so crabby.

My husband and I had a wonderful first time experience with Total Construction. Our 18 year old roof was in need of replacement. Our first thoughts were who do we entrust this job to? After our research we chose Total Construction for this project. They pride themselves in putting forth a "customer" centered experience along with the professional knowledge necessary to get the job done correctly. The work began as promised beginning with a personal phone call to us. The materials were delivered on time. Work began as scheduled and was completed with an inspection at the end. The work areas were left clean and our new roof looks terrific! Total Construction uses quality management principles into their business and it shows. They have a strong team in place to serve their customers. We intend to use them for all our future projects.

Great work for a great price! They put a pocket door on a load bearing wall in our home and got it done very quickly. They were also very clean. We will definitely be keeping them in mind for future projects!

I highly recommend Total Construction for all your construction needs. Total Construction has replaced a Living room window that was totally destroyed from hail, replaced the old rotted out siding panels on my home, installed new counter tops, painted ceiling and walls. You name it this is my go-to place for ‘Everything’ - the best in town.

Their construction crew is not only friendly but also highly skilled, and committed to great service. They are reliable, honest and operate with great integrity. Tonya is the best! I ran into an issue with a questionable load bearing wall during renovation that needed an expert opinion on workaround options and I was fortunate to find Total Construction and Kevin. He took time out of his day to visit my job site only an hour after we spoke; he inspected my project and very clearly laid out options I had to safely and expeditiously move forward. Kevin was gracious with his time and expertise, and a genuine pleasure to collaborate with, which has become something of an industry novelty these days. Working with Kevin was a terrific experience; I look forward to doing so again in the future.

This is a great company! Kevin and his team jumped right in after our house had been significantly damaged from the recent tornado. They have been full speed ahead since accepting the job in hopes of getting us back in our house in a timely manner. They advocate for us with insurance and always keeps us up to date on their projects for the day/week. This is a contractor you can trust!

After a severe storm left a massive tree on our roof, we were overwhelmed and unsure of what to do. Total Construction came to our rescue the very next day. They quickly and expertly removed the tree, ensuring no further damage was done to our home (even though this isn't normally in their scope of work).

Beyond the tree removal, they provided a thorough estimate and guided us through the insurance process with ease. Their knowledge and support were invaluable, and they made a stressful situation so much more manageable. We’re incredibly grateful for their prompt and professional service and highly recommend them!

Total Construction has done our home renovations and repairs for almost ten years, and every experience with them has been professional and highly competent. They handled all the water mitigation issues when we had a roof leak into our main bath, then completely renovated the bathroom itself. They tore down the old deck and then built our new deck, and most recently put a new roof on our house. We have had nothing but great experiences with them, and recommend Total Construction to everyone we know. They stand behind their work, and strive to give the customer exemplary service.

I bought my first house in October. I come to find out there is little to no insulation in the attic and in the front of my house. I hired Total Construction Services to do my insulation in the attic and in the front of my house. They came out and completed the insulation in one day. They finished one day prior to our 12 days below freezing. The guys were great! If I had questions, they were quick to answer. Post insulation is amazing. I felt a difference upstairs immediately.
I also had them install a new closet. It looks fantastic!! Very solid. I do not have to worry about this closet ripping out of the wall. As a single woman, it is hard to trust men who can take advantage of my lack of knowledge, but Kevin (owner) and team did what they said they were going to do much faster than I anticipated - very trustworthy. I found Total Construction great to work with, trustworthy, on-time, and a fair price. Thank you so much for helping me!!

After 2-1/2 years of lost sleep we are very pleased to have found Total Construction Services to correct all the problems the first contractor created with our project. From grading and drainage, to retaining wall, to detached garage, and parking pad, Kevin and his crew restored our property to better-than-original condition.
