I would like to give Roloff Construction Co Inc. a great review today! They sent a crew out to my neighborhood this past week and repaired the concrete to the entrance of the neighborhood and finished quickly and the clean up was flawless. You company does great work. Thank you.

This construction company knows how to get their job done for sure . But I have a big problem with the workers throwing ther trash on the ground on my street and up in grass .I told them today that it needs to stop .17th and lake has enough problems but I make sure it don't have trash everyday you guys throw trash on ground .let me come to your neighborhood and throw my trash ...not nice please stop

Dirty jobsite...workers cover up damage to personal property...slow pace..workers don't care about the neighborhood..road close with no work on road...signs laying all over the neighborhood..no clean up in the streets

Horrible time management and does not care about residents and whether or not they are inconvenienceing them. Close streets not allowing any access for emergency vehicles, residents have had to walk through yards constantly to get home or to their cars which are out of sight. My streets been closed with just dirt/mud waiting for concrete to be poured for 2 weeks now. They said they would be starting a week ago. Full of empty promises. They need to get the work done, stop taking more jobs than what they can tackle and "roloff" on out our neighborhood!

We had severe damages due to a flood, hail storm, leak in the bathroom ceiling. They completely cleaned our basement, sanitized, painted, new roof, some new windows, siding and a new flood gate installed. Everything was done professional and fast results by all of his employees.

First, the good. The work is completed very well and quickly once they actually got started. New roof and gutters look wonderful.

The bad: 0 communication about dates. Nothing provided on when shingles will be delivered. They'll just block your vehicles into your garage. I was given one date, 2 weeks passed and no new roof. I started calling and it was very clear I was annoying them wanting any information. Like they were doing me a favor for me paying them to replace my roof and gutters.
I was promised the world by the guy who did my estimate and then I wound up being lucky my work was completed at all.
I was told I would be notified before my gutters were installed so they could reroute one of the down spouts. That, of course, didn't happen. In fact, they moved a downspout to a different spot without consulting me first. I was then given a date that they'd be corrected and the gutter guy was a no show for several days.

I found out after the fact, the company was supposed to send someone to do a walk around of the work completed, but that did not happen. Sadly, I noticed DAMAGE to my siding that the company caused after I signed off on the work. I can only imagine the amount of work that it would take on my part to have them come fix the damage. I'll just write this off as lesson learned and pay for the repair myself.

If you have low expectations and are ready for them to be crushed and lowered further than you ever imagined, go with this company. I stand by, the finished work is great, but getting there ranks pretty high on my list of worst experiences of my life. I should really consider myself lucky they didn't kick me in the crotch when it was over.

Total construction replaced my roof 2 years ago. They did an excellent job, and cleaned up when finished. I am going to have them replace my deck this year. Would highly recommend this company. By the way they finished my roof in 1 day.

A note of sincere appreciation to Total Construction for the timely repairs to our flooded basement this past year. Your immediate response resulted in avoiding further loss to both the carpeting and furniture.

Total Construction Services performed a restoration to our families home after a fire and did a great job ! The job was completed quickly with little disruption or inconvenience. I have not heard from anyone from Total Construction in over 4 months regarding a repair project after a storm. They had someone repair my roof in August/September 2020, and didn't have anyone here until early December to pick back up on gutters, siding and interior work. The last contractor not only didn't finish the job, but he didn't do it correctly and left a mess of debris and tools in my house and on my property. I have gotten no updates, phone calls or email responses since before Christmas and even prior to then I had to do all the reaching out to get any details on my project. I will be moving on to another company to finish the job.

Total Construction saved us! We are doing a kitchen remodel and when tearing out a wall ran into a pipe right in the middle! Called Total Construction on a Wednesday at 4:30 and someone was there to move the plumbing by 8:00 Thursday morning. So, our remodel has not been delayed in any way - thank goodness! Also had someone from Total Construction earlier in the week doing some skim coating and he was extremely professional and polite.

I've used Total Construction Services multiple times, and will continue to do so. They have always been extremely helpful, on-time and their work is top-notch. The quality of their work surpasses those of companies that I have used in the past, and I have no reason to look further when I have a need that Total Construction Services can handle. I gladly and highly recommend them for any restoration or construction needs you may have.

Had a tile wall/floor replaced after a new sink was put in. As in a previous experience with another house all was good until it wasn't. The work was done well on the floor and wall, however the sink fell off the wall almost immediately after the gentleman left. To their credit they did come back within 30 minutes and fixed it. (Owner himself made good on the other house). Lovely folks to work with, Took awhile to actually get it started and done but considering the employment market, being shorthanded is impeding many many businesses.

We had total construction company help us with a project in the basement, we received multiple estimates and decided to stick with Total Construction and were very pleased with how smoothly the process was completed and the eventual outcome was great!
Would definitely recommend for all home renovation projects!

We sustained considerable hail damage early in 2011 resulting in $71,000 in damage to our home, from fence to windows to garage doors, gutters, wood deck, gutters, downspouts, steel tile like roofing and a 3 car garage with flat roof. Total Construction was a one-stop experience wheras they handled everything. They dealt with my insurance company and I signed the checks. They gave us a 5 year warranty which when I had a leaking gutter was handled without any hassle. The owner,Kevin Jackson, is a smart and very intelligent family man with lots of integrity. Who would think roofers would have an integrity award from the BBB, total Construction does. Their philosophy is to provide an experience to a customer that exceeds expectations; Its like having your own builder that you can trust. It has been two years since repairs were made and our home is really looking fantastic, although 36 years old. We have thank the customer oriented workers that are employed at Total Construction, they are really a great team and they have a great boss. When you need a roofer you can trust or a home improvement specialist call Total Construction and they will become your personal contractor.

The people at Total construction are awesome. I bought a window and install from another company, but when it came to actually install it there was an issue and they could not finish the install. So I called Total Construction and they knew what to do, and they did it professionally, cleanly and quickly.
Very satisfied.

I own a 500k home, that’s 6yrs old, in West Omaha. Contacted them to get a quote on a basement remodel. Took an afternoon off. Guy came out and I told him the timeframe was fine. (4months out).Had a budget of 80k Max that were were paying cash that we had saved. The estimator said the quote would take about a week to write up. I gave him all my contact info and waited a week. Never heard from him again. Called company directly after about a month. Said they would look into it. Never heard back. Tired of guys like this in Omaha. We had an easy job and are rationale people. Learn Respect.

I recently have had the pleasure of Total Construction Co do a bit of a makeover of a problem with my house. The entire staff who completed the work were very helpful and even went out of their way to do extra services. The weather was not helpful at the time but the service was outstanding. If you need help, the only people to call are TOTAL CONSTRUCTION SERVICEs. They are very knowledgeable and make immediate adjustments if necessary. Medora Harper

During one of the bigger storms in 2013 I had roof damage. Total Construction was the one to replace my shingles. After everything was done I had paid my deductible and they said the rest had gone through my insurance so we were good. YEARS later.... they send a bill to tell me I have an outstanding balance of around $900. They got a "new" accountant person who found it. They said they'd do me a favor and take off the fees & a couple hundred dollars. Never ONCE did I get a bill or a phone call about this until this point. They don't believe they're in the wrong at all for not contacting me until this point. I now have a few new things I need done to my house and will NEVER use this company again! Poor account management on Total Constructions part. It's not almost 2019 and were still dealing with this issue. They don't send out monthly bills either....just an e-mail to an old account telling me I need to pay the bill or they'll send it to collections. I think a company would CALL to tell you something like this... not a random e-mail.

Had the pleasure of working directly with Kevin During a basement remodel this last year due to flooding. It was actually quite incredible to see how quickly they got that job done. From the demo to framing my entire basement to the finishing paint and flooring only took a few weeks. Overall, I am pleased with the work done and the timeliness. Thanks guys!
