Right before Christmas 2021, 90 mile an hour winds blew over a huge tree into my house. Total construction put my crushed little house back together again. The roof, gutters, corbels, and stucco are all repaired. A big shout out to their worker Zach, who went above and beyond!

Had a large project that no other contractor in town wanted to touch and so I called Kevin at Total Construction next thing you know Kevin and his team are taking it on with no problems and finished my project in a reasonable amount of time.

I had major water damage after a drain pipe from my upstairs bathroom failed, sending a full tub of water through the ceiling below. LaRisa from Total Construction in the Omaha area was an absolute lifesaver! She came out the very next morning and took all the stress out of the process. She coordinated the immediate removal of compromised materials, identified and repaired the plumbing issue, dried out the area, safety-checked the electrical, and had everything fully restored back to normal—ALL WITHIN ONE WEEK!

LaRisa’s professionalism and communication were outstanding. She kept me updated every step of the way and took extra care to make sure the work was done quickly but also done right, paying attention to every detail. I can’t express enough how much of a Godsend she was throughout the entire ordeal. I would recommend her and Total Construction a million times over!

I was very happy with the remodeling work done by Total Construction. We have used them several times for new windows. They also did a great job with new drywall work. We would use their services again.

I have never been more disgusted with a company and its owner, (Kevin) It took just over 2 years for them to break ground on our project, thanks to the lying estimator Chris. The fact that an owner could be unaware of this project and just let it sit for that long without questioning it is beyond me. Once they started work they said it would be an 8 to 12 week job, it took almost 6 months. Not to mention when they started the work, they had a permit to break ground and we were told all was good with what we wanted. Turned out, that was completely false. Nothing was built the way we thought it would be. We were told one thing then got a call after they started saying the city would not allow it. So we were stuck since the work had already began. When things were going Kevin's way in the beginnig things seemed ok, but when we started noticing issues he became unresponsive and when he did respond he was rude and hostile. It was a terrible experience, so incredibly stressful for my husband and i, and I would never recommend using this company. Side note, I've looked through some of these other reviews and I'm always suspicious of people that give 5 stars to a company that have only reviewed them and no one else. I saw at least 6 reviews where total was the only company they reviewed. And Total Construction has only replied to my review on the BBB, saying they want to sit down and talk, that we have a outstanding balance, and they apologize to us and say they want us to be pleased with their work. That is what I call narcissistic behavior. They will respond to a BBB review but won't call us... not to mention they were given a packet of pics and a statement of everything that happened. I have included just some of the pics of things we have had to deal with and we had to ask them to correct these things. When we did show concern, we were not met with kindness and apologizes from Kevin, it was frustration and annoyance.

Total construction was amazing! I worked with Travis and he was very helpful. I had a giant construction project that I was nervous about but they blew me away.
I even am getting more quotes for more renovations at this very moment.

When i began my project I contacted over 20 contractors, of that only a handful called me back, only 3 actually came to my house and only 2 produced an estimate. Obviously Total was one of those 2 and the only one that did all of this in a professional manner in a reasonable timeframe. Having done my due diligence the estimate came in right where I was expecting.

Once we worked through the process of picking everything out, ordering it and the supplies arrived, they were at my house daily getting the work done.

There were a couple bumps along the way, my house, after all is over 100 years old but they were worked out relatively easily. I have heard countless contractor horror stories but I have none to share. I kept in constant communication with Kevin, the owner of the firm, via email and text, we talked on the phone when needed and he even came out in person a couple times. The office folks were fantastic, humorous, and responsive.

All of the craftsmen who worked on the project were friendly, respectful and skilled. Steve, oversaw the project and is a man of many trades - master of all, his standards were even even more exacting then my own. When the project was finished, I was blown away by the final results, my kitchen looks amazing and everyone who sees it ooh and ahhs.

We have a bathroom remodel coming up next and I will utilize Total again. I have no reservations in urging you to contact them for any repair, remodel, or new construction projects you are planning.

I was in the winter of my soul when I met Kevin from Total Construction. The house I had recently bought had hidden cat urine soaking nearly every floorboard, baseboard, walls and ceiling joist. The person I bought the house from fostered 17 cats (not exaggerating) who sadly used the house as a litter box after the owner passed away. The walls were freshly painted and floors were lacquered over when I bought the house, so I couldn't readily smell anything. However, over time the smell started coming out. The entire house had to be gutted. Kevin and his team from Total Construction were the angels I needed in a dark time. They worked tirelessly to rid my house of the awful cat urine odor. They did professional remediation and I can now say that the smell is gone! They rebuilt everything that had to be demolished, and now my house feels so much better! The house is now at a point where my dad and I are going to do the finishing touches. It would have taken us YEARS to do everything that Total Construction did!

Thank you, Total Construction!! You will always be my go to company if I need anything construction related in the future! You cared about me and were compassionate during one of the darkest times of my life, when my kids and I had to move out of our home for months. Highly recommend this company to anyone!

I’ve used them twice. Both times, several years apart, sewer line backed up into my finished basement. Both times I was in shock and both times they took care of me. They took over and got my basement sanitized and looking better than before.

Kitchen remodel. Total Construction Services were excellent to work with! They are fast, and the quality of work was top notch. They were able to make adjust along the way as we requested them. I would highly recommend them.

Total Construction has become my go-to for good work inside and out. I first went with them for hail damage on my roof. A few years later hail damage to the roof and siding on my house and garage. Their ease of doing business, expertise and knowledge was such a comfort. Then, a few years later the big one for me. A frozen pipe burst in my finished basement while we were out of town. We returned to maybe 8 inches of water and everything down there ruined. After another contractor flaked out I decided to call Total Construction again for the inside work. We were down to subfloor and cement walls. Total construction took it from there. They worked with my insurance and understood all the codes, what needed to be done and what my insurance covered. With their help I was also able to turn a half bath into a full bath. What I liked most was the great attitude of the crew and how providing good service we shown in every stage of our he project. Some people just want to get in, slap things together and run off but not this team. They put just the right amount of time, skill and effort in that puts you at ease that the job in good hands. It’s nice to see great workmanship. It actually looks like they enjoyed doing a good job. I love it.

Total construction went above and beyond! They came out the same day I called to see where the water leak was coming from and fixed it promptly and efficiently! Patched the ceiling after fixing the leak and it blends perfectly with the rest of the ceiling. We also had some siding fixed and they did a great job on that also! Great communication and prompt service! Would highly recommend!

Contour is our partner for all finish carpentry. When it comes high end finish carpentry, jobsite and schedule management, there is not a better team.

Contour Construction was very helpful to our church. I contacted them on Monday afternoon(with pictures of the issue) and they replied by Tuesday. They were able come and fix a bathroom partition door the same day. I will definitely keep them in mind for bigger and other projects for the future.
