Hands down best experience we could have asked for. From first meeting to the work being done all the way through managing the insurance company. Highly recommend. We will keep numbers on file if e we ever need work in the future.

Tom was great to work with. I had storm damage to siding, roof, and gutters. Tom took care of meeting with my insurance adjuster, and I had to do nothing. I had more damage then I thought and I felt that Tom was looking out for me. The work was great, zero complaints and I am picky. The new gutters looked great, and I dreaded dealing with insurance, but Tom took care of everything. After the work started Tom found a few issues that were found when the work started and Tom dealt with Insurance to get the additions Items covered. Communication was great with Tom and Insurance.

I am skeptical of the bad reviews with no details- 3 from the same person seems fishy to me. If I had an real issue I would put in details.

Tom and his team installed a new roof, gutters, gutter guards, downspouts, and siding. They also installed a new front door and 4 windows all after the Omaha hail storm. Tom did all of the work with my insurance company as well. I would recommend Pinnacle Construction to everyone! My house looks great!

Great working with Tom and Spencer at Pinnacle Construction. Tom addressed all my concerns, dealt with my insurance company, and stayed on top of things. Spencer was frequently on-site and answered all my questions. Friendly crew, polite, and always professional. Would highly recommend Pinnacle Construction to anyone who wants a top-notch company.

Garage doors were installed at an apt complex . Crew worked with property manager and tenants very well. Job we'll done!

Tom H., Steve R., and Jim W. made a basement rebuild (after a flood) a stress-free, great experience. They deserve 10 stars! They were 100% reliable, showed up when they said they would, worked hard and fast, cleaned up at the end of the day, and I ended up with a beautiful basement. They worked well with my insurance company and gave me good advice for dealing with them. They often had to be flexible because of my schedule, but they were always cheerful about it, and never made me work around theirs. I can’t say enough good things about these guys! I am very, very happy with my experience.

We have been very pleased with all the work Pinnacle has done for us after hail damage. The professionalism at every level was fantastic. The communication and the effort to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction was appreciated. New roof, skylights, gutters, and power ran to an out building. Pinnacle handle it all, and the work was expertly done. All questions were answered timely and sufficiently. They even contacted my insurance company on my behalf to work with them. Great company to work with.

The owner, Tom, and his project manager, Spencer, and his crew were freaking AWESOME! Great communication, found us ways to save as much as possible, and they were FAST. I have had nothing but POSITIVE experiences with the entire crew/construction staff and managers (Kurt and Steve Ramm)with upgrades and repair of my home . From the beginning date on start of job throughout, until completion, was remarkable.

Without the guidance of Pinnacle, my insurance company would not have replaced my entire roof that had hail damage. But they did end up covering it and Pinnacle replaced the roof, facia, and gutters. All of the teams did a fantastic job and I'm so happy with the results! A shout out to Andy, Spencer, Greg, Chris, Tom, and Patricio for wonderful service!!

I have asked for an itemized invoice. The quote was good then they started contacting my insurance and the quote doubled they charged for the garage but did the shed.

Tom and Spencer were great to work with, I asked if we could expedite the repairs and they really went above and beyond to help me out! Pinnacle were there when they said they would be and reached out to me when there was any questions or concerns about how I wanted the job to look like. After pinnacle was finished you couldn’t tell they were even there, my plants, grass, driveway, and other landscaping was untouched and very clean.

If I could give zero stars I would. They came and did our roof and gutters after a storm left nails all over the yard that we are still finding while out playing with our toddler. They were suppose to come and do our siding and never did. They took our remaining insurance money and never returned it after not completing our contracted work. We attempted to reach out on multiple occasions to the office and directly to Tom with no response. I feel like Tom refused to finish the work due to his personal issues with my father which is very unprofessional. We have now had two large holes in our siding as we are unable to afford getting it replaced due to not receiving our insurance money back from Tom

We had quite a bit of work to be done to our home, including: new porch, entry door, concrete, roof, soffits, fascia and general repairs. Everyone we interacted with, Steve from start to finish, Spencer, Jim and the concrete and roofing crews were professional, polite, answered all of our questions and was meticulous with the finishes. We could not be happier with the results, it looks like an completely new home.

It was great working with Steve and his team, Eric did a great job and any challenge he faced he knew how to handle professionally. we are very pleased with a job well done and we are looking forward to hireing them for a future project. They are a great friendly group of guys to work with. It was a pleasure. Dan did an awesome paint job. Thank you so much for a job well done.

Rude workers. Slow pace. Don’t meet deadlines.

From August 11th till Nov 15th it took them to tear up the street with it randomly being open and closed. They are finally putting the last of the concrete back they tore up In august. If you see them around your neighborhood have fun.
