Jeff Lambert did an amazing job today. We have had him over in the past for other issues and I've never been disappointed. He knows what he's looking for and gets the job done quick and efficient. Brandon Haley from Mr. Electric did a fantastic job restoring our kitchen outlets and performing a thorough home safety check. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and personable throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

Their communication ahead of the appointment was detailed and Brandon arrived promptly. Had respect for our home by wearing booties and got right to work on the estimate. His pricing was transparent and worked with me to find the right scope and right price as we talked back and forth on options. He communicated upfront and often giving me choices on end result every step of the way to make sure I was pleased with what he was doing. He also performed an in-home safety check of our entire electrical system and smoke detectors to make sure our house was safe. He made a few recommendations from that and sent estimates after leaving but was never pushy on getting me to do anything. Brandon was professional, kind and respectful the entire time. Overall I couldn’t have asked for much better of an experience with him.

Everyone was very helpful and polite. Great communication from Customer Service to the visiting technician, Brandon. He explained everything and went the extra mile to fix the problem and an explanation of steps to take in the future.

Brandon Haley came in did a safety check on our system, explaining things as he went along. Prepared an estimate, and went to work. Brandon pointed out things that could be improved in our older home. Things were done to my satisfaction. He then cleaned up the work area. Very nice job.

We ended up hitting a wire in our wall when mounting a TV. Brandon came out quickly and was able to resolve our issue - and even installed a new outlet for the TV on the wall! Best electrician service, we will always use them!
