Jordan came out to switch out a light fixture for a ceiling fan. He did an amazing job, he also swapped out an outlet in my garage that I had him look at. He even offered to swap out the builder grade light fixtures in my hallway and laundry room for a very reasonable price. I love the new ones. They give me so much more light. I don’t think I would have even entertained changing them out until he made the offer and I’m so glad I did. Picture of the ceiling fan we swapped and off my hallway with the suggested new light. I was referred to Jordan and his team from my neighbor , I was having issues with garage outlet tripping .he responded my call quickly and fixed my garage outlet and found out very quick that sump pump was not working and he did sump pump repair with in couple hours, very friendly , knowledgeable and straightforward to the solution and I will definitely call him in a first place if I would ever get any issues in the future at home .service charges are very reasonable.

We needed to have some new electric ran on our demo floor and some network cables pulled. Jordan came out for the estimate. He was great with communication and on schedule, very considerate of the property and truly professional he also offered flexibility in some areas of the job per our request. The quote was fair and the schedule allowed for a quick completion. Connor & Ezekiel came out to perform the work and they had everything they needed. They did a great job, communicated well and communicated when something unforeseen came up to ensure we would be satisfied with the end result. They were very professional, polite, on-time and stayed on task. They used blankets in some areas to help keep things clean, they finished ahead of schedule which was great for us and when they were finished, they wiped the walls down and vacuumed up around the areas that needed it. All around, in every aspect, we were impressed with everyone we had contact with from JS Russell Electric, and the work preformed by Connor and Ezekiel was excellent. I have been looking for an Electrician for awhile. I had JS Russell over today. They are efficient and Friendly. Now I have my outlet for my kitchen TV. I have wanted this done for awhile. I wish I had known about them 2 years ago. Now I can have a couple of other projects done and feel comfortable moving ahead with those.

They did a very good job at communicating scheduling and when they would be there. They went through the issues with me that I was encountering told me the estimate and told me they could get it done during that scheduled call. So they went ahead and completed the work. They were both very nice and professional. I would definitely call the company for any other electrical jobs I need done.

Awesome experience. Porter did a really good job with our bathroom fan/light installation. He was very knowledgeable and skilled. Very easy to talk to and answered all our questions. Installed new 52 ckt panel. Excellent workmanship. Edger even found an unforeseen issue with our service entrance conductors. Edger and his apprentice were real gentlemen. Polite and take pride in their work.
