Installed new under counter lights, located our second relay panel other electricians couldn't find, fixed everything that needed fixing. Great company and will always call when electrical work is needed. Other electricians wouldn't even come to our house when we've called in the past.

We called Gatchell Electric to fix our circuit breaker. They were very professional and they gave advice regarding another electrical question we had about our dishwasher without trying to upsell. Definitely a trustworthy and upstanding company!

I had a big mess at my house and ended up with no power after hours. I had been told by other electricians that my panel was old and finding a replacement part was going to be costly and would take quite some time. Gary came over and not only got my power going again without any new parts, he also fixed some major issues I had outside. He was extremely knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. Don't use Gatchell Electric Service. They are horrible and extremely rude. They sent 2 people out to my house unannounced, whom my wife sent away since it was early morning, she was home alone, and they didn't have an apt. When she called to schedule an apt and get service, the owner chastised my wife about sending the crew away and that she should answer her phone more. I won't be recommending them to anyone and they definitely need to work on their communication and customer service skills.

We use this company for the work at our church, Trinity Lutheran on 30th and Redick. There is no better company hands down. They are super responsive, very personable, kind and considerate. They are always informative and honest with their assessments and if they notice something out of place, they mention it without an upsell. If you want good, honest work, I highly recommend Gatchell Electric.

Gatchell Electric resolved all my issues and I was able to complete the repairs several hundred dollars under the cost of an estimate from another contractor. I feel they did a great job and were very knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done.
