Electrical reviews in Omaha, Nebraska

I had a light installed in my dining room and it was exactly what I was expecting. Porter was on time and very professional. We highly recommend JS Russel and will use them again for our next project.

I would recommend The Team @ JS RUSSELL Electric for all your needs. They've been working with me for a few months now on resolving my electrical issues. They're communication is top notch. They have done trouble shooting in the evenings for me & followed up on the weekends. I personally appreciate all of their dedication and professionalism. And the great installs. Thank you Jordan & your team.

Great experience all-around! Bailey answered the phone with such positivity and energy, Connor and Ethan did excellent work rewiring my garage (very questionable work from the prior home owner). We had a hiccup that was discovered a day later and it was resolved within an hour of my calling back.
I have referred two others to JS Russell already.

They installed an electric vehicle charger. They also installed my generator last summer and did a great job on that. Great company and they get out quick.

Had to replace a new breaker panel and wanted to add some new lights. They got me a good/fair quote and had everything done in a timely manner. Would highly recommend to anyone needing any work done

Our 1970s electrical panel was buzzing and stinking, basically threatening to burn our house down, these guys came out and put in a great quality replacement, dealt with OPPD, and cleaned up after themselves. We had no issues with their service. Definitely recommend to others!

We have used JS RUSSELL ELECTRIC a few times. We had 5 rings cameras set up and then a light switch fixed. It was an easy process, friendly and professional over the phone when setting up our appointment and same with the technicians. They were able to come out in a timely manner and even flexible when I had a schedule change!!

Ethan and Edgar are the best. They showed up as promised. Both were very professional, explained the process every step of the way and sought out our opinion to achieve the best possible result. Will absolutely use again.

Fast and friendly service. I had an issue with my exterior and garage power. My garage has a deep freeze that we had just filled. I called and spoke to someone who wanted to understand my issue. I told her what was going on and she said she would call me back.. A few minutes later the owner called me back and explained to me that all techs were booked for the day, but he would personally come out and try to help me.. He did just that!! He came out and fixed my issues and also recommended some other fixes for a later day.. Great company! Great people!! Great owner!!

We had an urgent issue with our electrical panel that required immediate attention. We initially contacted another company to assess the situation. They advised the panel needed to be replaced and promised to send a quote, but after more than a week, we still hadn’t received anything.

At that point, I decided to seek a second opinion. After researching electricians on Google and reading numerous reviews, I chose JS Russell Electric based on their strong reputation. Unfortunately, my experience with the first company had left me disappointed, but JS Russell quickly turned things around.

Jordan arrived promptly, assessed the panel, and confirmed it needed replacement. Within five minutes, I had a quote with multiple options. I selected the one that best fit our needs and budget, and the work was completed just a week later.
The entire process was smooth and professional, exactly how it should be. I highly recommend JS Russell Electric for anyone in need of reliable electrical service.

JS Russel Electric is simply the best. They’re so helpful in all that they do! A kind fellow named Porter was able to help me out with some wiring issues. Will be contacting again!

I was exceptionally satisfied with the electrical work Jordan did in my home. I needed additional lighting in my office space and bedroom. Jordan assessed my property and then proposed the most economical, aesthetically pleasing approach to this request. I am so impressed with the outcome!

Jordan’s technical, expertise, and attention to detail were exceptional. Customer service is very important to Jordan. He listened to my needs, provided clear expectations and ensured the work was completed to my satisfaction.

When looking for a friendly, professional electrician, with a strong sense of integrity, Jordan at ‘Electricians Near Me’ is the person to call!

All around great experience from JS Russell. Jordan came out to give us a quote for our project which included upgrading our electrical panel and meter, and additional wiring in the house. He was very thorough in his walk through and and did a very good job of explaining what the work entailed. He also ensured permits would be pulled and everything would be up to code. Connor and Ethan were the techs that performed the work and they both did a great job. They were friendly, communicated with us throughout the day on their progress, and left everything as clean as when they arrived. Will definitely be using them again for some future projects!

Great experience working with JS Russell. Electricians were friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating to our requests. Our garage heater looks and runs great. Will definitely use them again for any future work.

I had an overall amazing experience with JS Russell Electrical. From the very beginning to end the experience was very professional, smooth, and fast. Edgar and Ethan were both very nice guys and did some outstanding work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get top notch quality service and work.

They sent me a text message with a photo of the electrician coming out along with the time, which is nice to be updated and verified. Absolutely awesome guys and they did a great job. I’m very happy with the work they’ve done. Thank you Conner and Danny!!!

Jordan recently did electrical work in our basement that we're finishing. He was very easy to work with. Professional, prompt and had follow through. Was also very flexible with all of our last minute requests. Does clean, thorough work. 100% recommend him for any electrical needs and will use him for our future needs.

JD Russell Electric did an excellent job! My situation was tough and there was a lot of obstacles to overcome. They installed a 14-50 outlet in my garage and everything about the experience was top-notch. Their quote was the best price I found, and the final bill matched exactly what they quoted—no surprises. The crew was professional, quick, and the quality of their work was outstanding. Highly recommend JD Russell Electric to anyone needing electrical work done right the first time!

Professional, kept us well informed, and cleaned up after themselves. Thank you Connor and Ethan for the new bathroom fan install/light fixture and replacing a second bathroom fan. Home projects on a house built 100 years ago can be full of surprises, but you guys did a great job with the our stucco and plaster walls.

I had a fantastic experience with JS Russell Electric! They replaced 6 outdated light fixtures and installed new lighting in four different rooms, and the difference is incredible. They also installed a new light switch and fixed a few outlets that had been giving me trouble.

I wasn’t sure what fixtures would look best or even how many lights each room needed, but they were able to provide great guidance and help me make choices that made everything look perfect.

The job required cutting into the ceiling and walls, but they handled it with impressive precision and caused minimal damage. They also took care of the repairs afterward so everything looked great when they finished.

Their pricing was very reasonable, and the electricians were extremely polite, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain things and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left.

I would absolutely recommend JS Russell Electric to anyone looking for reliable, high quality electrical work!
