They came in at the time we set. The person worked hard right off the bat. Carpets were beautiful when he left an hour later.

My carpet is as clean as it has ever been and it is more than 7 years old. Professional, thorough and pleasant. I will use this company again!!

I just had two area rugs cleaned and they did an OUTSTANDING job! The smaller one wasn't terribly dirty, but the large was was (I have to admit) disgusting! It's been a few years since I've had it cleaned due to health issues and I had little hope that all those ugly stains would come out - the worst of it was the "pop dribbles" from hubby filling his glass too full and walking across the rug! Anyway, they got it all out and it looks like new! I'm very impressed and will be using them from now on, and will be recommending them to everyone I know! Their diligence goes above and beyond the call of duty!

I contacted Best Carpet Cleaning a week before Thanksgiving this year. They were able to come out and take care of all of my requests before family came over. My basement carpet was a little dingy, now it looks BRAND NEW! The technician was on time, professional, and made sure I was happy with the finished product. I've used a larger franchise before that starts with a 0, it seemed like the tech was more of a salesperson than anything else. Don't go with a 0 when you can have a 100% satisfaction with Best Carpet Cleaning!

Best Carpet Cleaning has always done an outstanding job cleaning both our carpet and tile floors. There were several concerns I had out paint and makeup coming out of the carpet in my daughter’s room… Best Carpet got it completely out! Their name Best Carpet Cleaning for a reason!

Zach called before he arrived, showed up during the arrival window I was given. He was professional and friendly. He wore shoe covers while on my wet carpets. I also liked it that they use a van mounted system as I believe that provides a higher quality.
I’m happy with the quality of the cleaning and the price was fair. I plan to use them for my future carpet cleaning needs.

From my first call to schedule an estimate and cleaning, it was perfection. The entire staff was so professional and courteous. Very informative throughout the process. Even called when they were on their way for the estimate and the cleaning. And then emphasized if i had concerns of a specific area or something just wasn't up to my expectations after they left, that I needed to call and they would be right back out. I cannot express enough how pleased my husband and I are with their courtesy and thorough workmanship they delivered. The job they did is extraordinary and the pricing was so very reasonable. The carpet tech that came out was very patient and kind. His name was Zach. He did a great job of cleaning an old dirty carpet. He hit the stains especially hard. The carpet almost looks brand new.

And he just worked quietly and efficiently and was done in an hour. No harsh smells. Not soaked. The carpet dried by the next day. Our stairs look good, too. The high traffic areas look so clean!

We recently moved into a house that has been under construction for several years. Ana and her team saved us by coming on very short notice on a Saturday when no other cleaning crews would. In addition, they were extremely thorough, cleaning many areas that the builder's cleaners had missed, like sawdust hiding within built in cabinets and drawers and other hard to reach areas. Would highly recommend.
