High quality work. They were able to fit me into their schedule and got the job done quick. Got rid of major stains and did an excellent job on the stairs. Would definitely recommend!

I moved into a condo where the previous tenants had dogs that ruined the carpet. My landlord called Mark and he came out at 6 pm to look at it with a black light. He put down enzyme the same day and was out the next day to clean it. Mark strives to make his customers happy, he is honest and will tell you exactly what will happen and why. I highly recommend Mark for all your carpet cleaning. He and his son are amazing. Very efficient and worth it. Very nice!

Not only do they do amazing work cleaning carpets or doing water extraction but they have outstanding integrity. They worked on a vacant apartment and turned in a ring they found which says so much about their character. You can trust them and they do a great job at a great price. What more can you ask for? I've used them for over four years and I've never been disappointed.

Mark's Carpet Cleaning was incredible! Really did a fantastic job on the carpet and the young men that came were very knowledgeable, respectful, hard working, and patriotic guys. They were sons of the owner and explained their family business. My kids and I loved them and would recommend to anyone needing carpets cleaned. We called Mark's Carpet Cleaning on Monday and they were able to get us scheduled in the next day. This may not be the experience that everyone has, however, we are very fortunate that it was able to happen. They did an extremely thorough job on our carpets and it smells like a brand new home! We had used them in the past and there was an area that was a little hard to see that didn't get cleaned as well as we thought; we called and let them know, at their request. They came right back and cleaned the entire room, free of charge, with no hassle, and they were extremely professional and polite. Absolutely TOP NOTCH service and we will continue to use them as we are able and recommend them to ANYONE and EVERYONE. Extremely reasonable and EXCELLENT service!! Thank you!!!

We foster dogs and cats. Sometimes there are pet accidents. Mark's crew did an awesome job removing pet urine and stains from our carpet. We also purchased a high quality enzyme cleaner from them to use in-between carpet cleanings. Thanks so much!

I called Mark to see if I could salvage the carpeting in my basement after we'd gotten some flooding. He was incredibly helpful. 1 - Based on the info I gave him he told me there was nothing he could do because the carpet couldn't be salvaged through cleaning or water extraction at this point and he didn't want to waste my time or money. 2 - He gave me great advice on how to remove the carpet and prep the floor for new carpet.

Any service provider who's willing to spend 10 minutes on the phone helping someone out knowing he won't get any money from them as a customer is a GEM!!

Mark offered to help when another company couldn’t do our job and we had the house all torn up and ready to be cleaned. I had company coming for the next 3 weeks and needed it done asap. Mark’s sons came that day and did a great job. They were professional, efficient, used state of the art equipment and the carpet is CLEAN. I am so grateful and know I will be using them again! This is the 2nd time these same two gentleman, I wish I had their names, came out to service the local Airbnb I care for within the span of a few weeks. Due to negligent guests, our carpets were tarnished due to pets brought in without being mentioned. Not only was the service itself impeccable beyond all belief, the customer service itself was up to par if not beyond. These are the kinds of men you would allow in your house whether you are there or not present. Myself and my son were cleaning while they came to service the home and they made us feel very comfortable. It was easy to do my job alongside them. Very skilled, kind, sensitive to my child’s needs and quirks (he has ASD). I can’t thank this business enough. I can now sleep tonight knowing our guests tomorrow will be pleased by the cleanliness of the home in which we take pride in. Not only did they do a good job, provide us with top notch service, but they squeezed us in during a busy time for them. I could honestly go on. I included one stain that caused me a lot of distress. The stain, smell, and crunchiness is all gone. So impressive. All other stains have disappeared as well.

I recently, today, June 20, 2025, just had my carpets and some furniture cleaned by Mark's Carpet Cleaning. His sons did an amazing amazing job. Very professional very experienced and I would absolutely refer them to anyone. They will come back to my home.

I was not happy with their pricing policy. 175.00 to clean carpet. 35.00 for pet enzyme. 128.00 for dad to drive to house for a total of 338.00. This was a 3 day process was not reasonable to charge 128.00 for dad to come over and spend 20 minutes spraying enzyme. Enzyme should be on truck on first visit to be used if needed. If it was we would not be talking about this right now

Had Mark’s carpet cleaning company out today cleaned our entire ground floor did a very thorough job. Carpets look wonderful very professional young men. I would highly recommend them. Thanks again
