Company has poor communication. Does not follow up. Does not hold their cleaning crews accountable

If I could give 0 stars I would. HORRIBLE customer service. Poor cleaning. No communication. Awful management! Stay away!!!!!

Awful. Literally the WORST, most UNRELIABLE cleaning service ever. They don't show up when scheduled and when they do, the cleaning is not up to par. They don't deserve any stars at all.

This staff is awesome and friendly. Very quick to respond to issues and is very thorough with cleaning. Love that they are a green company!

Service the 1st couple of weeks was a little shaky, but after a discussion of expectations, it was great after that!! :)

time of service has been drifting later and later to the point where it is starting to interfere with our evening meeting which is the bulk of our activities.

They clean my Doctors office in Omaha and they clean the University my little sister went to in Lincoln. Those two places I frequented always looks great and the staff was always dressed professionally.

Just spoke with someone on the phone regarding a potential bid, and as soon as they didn't get the answer they wanted, the man I spoke with was rude and disgruntled and hung up. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL! Had he given me the chance to explain, I would have happily referred him to our sister property who is in need. However, due to the poor attitude of this man, this company will be blacklisted from all of our properties.

Tessa is always efficient and helpful whenever our company needs anything. They are a great company to work with! Always super friendly! I would highly recommend!

I am particularly pleased with Stratus Building Solutions. Lupe and his team are very conscientious and always eager to do what I want, the way I want. We have children here with extreme allergies so we have to be very careful about cleaning products and sanitizing specific areas.
