I called Jones Services and received a quote and Jim came out the next day and repaired a 2 inch hole that our dog chewed through the carpet. He was in and out in less than an hour and the repair looks great. He gave us advice for the care to take afterwords for about a week then he said it should be back to normal. Great Service!

When their truck pulls up, you can see that you're getting a professional. Nice looking trucks, employees well dressed in uniforms and quick! In and out in what seemed like no time..... My family has used them as well. All have had good experiences!

This morning they came and cleaned my carpet. Not only did they show up on time but they showed up early. We had a bunch of stains on the carpet that the previous company couldn't quite get rid of all the way. These guys were able to get rid of all the stains and we're very professional. I would highly recommend them to anybody that needs carpets cleaned.
