Can we say incredible!!! I was sure the carpets in my kids rooms would have to be replaced. Wrong!!! Mark and Matthew have it looking almost brand new. Can't say enough good things or recommend them enough. Super friendly and courteous. They also clean our business office, the only company that has successfully got the stains out.

Mark and his son just left my condo and it looks and smells amazing! We got a new puppy in November and, go figure, he had accidents. I called Mark Friday and he was at my place on Tuesday. His prices were perfect and I will be calling back when needed! Thank you!

They did an AMAZING job! I had to take pictures because it blew my mind. Not only did they do a beautiful job, in a timely manner, but they were also a pleasure to have in my home. Mark's is the best carpet cleaning company I've found. I've been in the property management field for a year, and they are by far the most accommodating and pleasant to work with! I've used Mark and his crew many times for different properties that I manage, on residential carpet, commercial flooring, and upholstery/furniture. Every single time they're extremely professional, prompt, and friendly. More importantly, they continue to exceeded my expectations no matter how terrible of a project I put in front of them; removing black stains from a light carpet, cleaning old furniture & stained upholstery, rugs, even removing body fluid from carpet (everything from feces to urine). Trust me, I've called them with some awful projects and miraculously they always make it look like it's brand new again. And they're so reasonably priced! Very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend over anyone else in Omaha. I've rated them 5 stars but they deserve 100.

Our carpet was new three years ago and is a pretty high traffic area in the office so, it wasn't really looking new anymore, especially after the brutal winter we just had! Mark and his team came in and shampooed the carpet is the most effective, least intrusive and extremely professional manner!! I would highly recommend Mark's Carpet Cleaning and will most definitely use this service again in the future!

Mark's carpet cleaning did a wonderful outstanding job. The commercial carpet for dining area was very dirty, especially the walkway and behind the counter. They went right to work when they showed up and it looks very good. They also had a cancellation and fit me in right away. Couldn't ask for better customer service and a hard-working team.

Excellent service. Owner was prompt with phone communication and providing information. The the technicians who came out were polite and made an effort to go above and beyond even going as far as to wipe down the hardwood floors by hand before leaving. Pricing was affordable and transparent. Will be using them again in the future!

Called them at 730 am because our dog had diarrhea. They were there by 930 am to clean the carpet. They cleaned our living room. The pricing was very affordable. This is a family owned business so they take pride in their work and it showed. Marks sons are very polite and did a great job cleaning. I would highly recommend them over Stanley Steemer.

Mark and his son Matthew came right away that day to put enzymes down for pet urine. They used a black light to show me all the areas our dog had accidents (more than I thought!) they came back after the weekend to clean the carpets and our sofa and chairs and they were able to get some tough spots out. The high traffic areas were still darker than the rest but I wasn’t looking for a miracle or to go back to brand new, I wanted them cleaned and to smell great and they do, at a very reasonable price! Will definitely use them again!

The carpet in my house hadn't been cleaned in a few years and had a couple of bad stains. Mark's was able to get all the stains out and in less time than I imagined. Not only were they professional but they were also pleasant. They get my highest recommendation and will now be my "go to" carpet cleaners.

Mark’s Carpet Cleaning is the best! I called them the morning I was moving into a new house and they were able to clean all of the carpets that day!! They had the most wonderful customer service! Mark's was absolutely fantastic! I had an unfortunate incident where a renter snuck cats into my home. I called Mark's on a Saturday and they were in by Tuesday morning to steam clean the allergens and pet stains expertly. Quick & thorough! Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others!!!

Very efficient, thorough job. Nice guys (sons) !! who explained everything, VERY courteous; paid attention to walls when moving equipment. Asked me to explain stains then went to work and REMOVED them; post-cleaning protocol reviewed. Carpet more vibrant now. Would definitely use service again. Cost very reasonable.
